What You’ll Be Doing:
- Planning and delivering age-appropriate, play-based learning activities
- Observing, tracking, and recording children’s progress
- Developing strong, supportive relationships with parents and carers
- Ensuring high standards of safety, cleanliness, and hygiene
- Collaborating closely with other team members to create a caring environment
You’ll Need:
- A full and relevant Level 2 (or above) Early Years qualification (DfE-approved)
- Previous experience in a nursery or school setting (e.g. Early Years Educator, Preschool Practitioner, Teaching Assistant)
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS and Ofsted statutory requirements
- A passion for early childhood development and preparing children for school
- Knowledge of safeguarding, child protection, and inclusive practice
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- A proactive and team-oriented attitude
