What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Planning and delivering age-appropriate, play-based learning activities
  • Observing, tracking, and recording children’s progress
  • Developing strong, supportive relationships with parents and carers
  • Ensuring high standards of safety, cleanliness, and hygiene
  • Collaborating closely with other team members to create a caring environment

You’ll Need:

  • A full and relevant Level 2 (or above) Early Years qualification (DfE-approved)
  • Previous experience in a nursery or school setting (e.g. Early Years Educator, Preschool Practitioner, Teaching Assistant)
  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS and Ofsted statutory requirements
  • A passion for early childhood development and preparing children for school
  • Knowledge of safeguarding, child protection, and inclusive practice
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • A proactive and team-oriented attitude
