We are looking for passionate and dedicated full time or part time qualified Level 3 Early Years Practitioners to join our great team here at Akhter Early Learning Centre.

Job role:

To support each other in your room to be able to work together as part of a team.

To be a Keyperson for children and families, to be the first point of call to parents.

To plan for children's interests and their learning

To keep records, a learning journal and observe the children for any development.

To be able to communicate

Changing children when needed, supporting eating and drinking if needed.

If any SEN children under your keyperson role, to work alongside SEN officer for advice and support.

Play:

·  You must be able to have eyes in the back of your head whilst pretending to drink lots of cups of tea and eating play-dough cake.

·  You must be able to squeeze into tiny low chair or ride a scooter around the racetrack with children chasing you. 

·  You must agree to be wrapped in bandages by our on-site children doctors and nurses!
