Position Overview: As the Nursery Room Leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the daily experiences of children in your care. Leading by example, you will oversee the operations of your assigned room, ensuring a stimulating and supportive environment that promotes each child's individual development.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a team of practitioners within your assigned room.
• Plan and deliver engaging activities that align with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and team members.
• Conduct regular observations, assessments, and record-keeping for individual child development.
• Ensure the room environment is safe, well-maintained, and conducive to learning.
• Collaborate with the management team to implement nursery policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Level 3 Childcare qualification or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a leadership role within a nursery setting.
• In-depth knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
