Nursery Practitioner

Job summary

Located in central Southsea in an old Victorian building for the ultimate home from home experience, established over 30 years ago. We are looking for a fun enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner to join our friendly team.

Operating hours:

Maximum of 38 hours between 8am-6pm Monday to Friday all year round

Requirements of the role of Nursery Practitioner:

• A minimum of a level 3 NVQ qualification within childcare
• Sound understanding of the EYFS as well as the understanding of child development and of children’s needs.
• Always willing to pop on your coat and accessories to get outdoors and have fun while the children learn.
• Confident in completing observations and carrying out planning for your key children
• Work as part of a team – contributing to the success of the nursery

Position dependant on clear DBS check along with 2 satisfactory references.
