The Role

We’re looking for a passionate Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our friendly team.
You’ll play a key role in supporting children’s development, following their interests, and helping them reach their full potential.

You’ll work closely with your room team and parents to create rich, engaging experiences that support the EYFS curriculum in a homely, caring setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver play-based learning experiences in line with the EYFS.

  • Act as a key person, observing and tracking children’s development.

  • Maintain a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment for all children.

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents and carers.

  • Support with daily routines including mealtimes, toileting and outdoor play.

  • Promote safeguarding, health and safety, and equality at all times.

About You

- Full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (EYE or equivalent).
- Good understanding of the EYFS and child development.
- Confident in observation, planning and record-keeping.
- Warm, caring and patient approach.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable, professional and committed to high-quality childcare.
