Qualifications: Level 3 or Above in Early Years
What You'll Do:
- Lead a dynamic team of educators in the delivery of an exceptional learning experience for children.
- Create a warm, inclusive, and engaging environment that encourages exploration and curiosity.
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure open communication and partnership in each child's development journey.
- Implement and maintain high standards of care and education in line with EYFS guidelines.
- Mentor and support fellow team members to foster a cohesive and effective working environment.
Skills / Qualifications:
- Childcare level 3 or above
- Good communication skills
