Job summary
We are looking for practitioners with following abilities and genuine passion to provide quality childcare for children.
- Initiative - Able to apply understanding of expectations to work role and work independently where necessary
- Fun loving - Must have patience and interest to sit down and play/interact with children
- Enthusiasm - Being able to come up with creative ideas
- Adaptable - Able to work in different conditions with positive outlook and able to cope under pressure
- Ability - To bring out the best in every child through play, bonding and observations.
- Experience with babies.
- Working in line with EYFS, planning and implementing activities according to the curriculum, both indoors and outdoors.
- Ensuring to provide a safe, warm and caring environment for children.
- Working in partnership with parents and being a great team player
- To be a key person for a group of children, which would involve regular observations, next step planning and termly reports using digital system (training provided)
- Following policies and procedures of the setting
