Key Responsibilites
- Supporting your team to grow and perform at a high standard, whilst ensuring that all legislation and EYFS frameworks are adhered to
- Engaging your team to create inspirational, creative and effective learning environments in line with the needs of the children and the nursery
- Team working, we are a lovely family feel nursery and we strive for happiness for our people
- Ensuring the safety and welfare of children through a confident knowledge of safeguarding processes and procedures
- Implementation the EYFS with a good understanding of child development
- Reporting issues of concern to a senior team member or relevant services
- Partnership working with parents and our partners to ensure our children thrive
- Positive attitude with children, parents, colleagues and visitors to maintain our happy nursery
- Clear and accurate record keeping and report writing
- Promoting a high standard of quality within the nursery including practice, environment and resources in line with our nursery expectations

Skills / Qualifications:
- Minimum full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
- Safeguarding Knowledge
- At Least 2 year's experience working as a nursery practitioner or similar in an Early Years setting.
