What it means to be a Room Manager at N Family Club…  

As a Room Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the environment of our nursery rooms, where you’ll inspire and support a team of expert Educators. Leading by example, you’ll create a positive, dynamic atmosphere that allows both children and team to thrive. You will be an experienced educator with a strong passion for coaching and mentoring, helping your team reach their full potential while guiding every child towards their own.

You will be a proactive and adaptable leader, capable of navigating a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within your team, ensuring the highest standards of care and education for the children.
 

Nestled in a beautifully restored Grade II listed redbrick building, our 181-place N East Dulwich nursery is a magical space where little minds grow and big imaginations soar! 

Just a short stroll from East Dulwich station, we’re perfectly placed for both work and play. But the real gem? Our expansive garden, once a bowling green, now transformed into an outdoor wonderland. With light-filled playrooms, a dedicated baby area, and Forest School-inspired adventures, every day is an exciting journey of discovery.

This brand new nursery will be opening in August 2025.
