Job summary

Happy Days (part of Cotton Tails) was established back in 1991, giving us over 30 years’ experience as nursery providers. We now have four sites located across Birmingham and Worcestershire.

This position is for Happy Days (B32 2AD – Quinton) the first nursery to be opened by Cotton Tails.

This is for a fulltime (41 hrs 15 mins per week) fully qualified practitioner; qualifications must meet the full and relevant list as defined by Ofsted.

You will have day to day responsibility for the care and education of the children in your age group. You will have Key Person responsibilities including support your group with development progress, communicating with parents, planning and providing activities alongside the EYFS. Safeguarding knowledge is essential along with a First Aid qualification (we will provide training if required).

Annual Pay

We offer competitive rates in salary above the National Minimum and Living Wage rates. We work on a salary basis meaning you receive a set monthly income (annual salary divided into 12 equal payments).
