Tynemouth Nursery Group have Senior Nursery Nurse and Nursery Nurse vacancies at some of our settings, with part time and full time roles available.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, happy and forward-thinking practitioner who is bursting with wonderful ideas, experience of working with 0 - 5 year olds and who can confidently step into this role.
You must hold either a, NNEB, BTEC NATIONAL DIPLOMA or NVQ Level 3 Certificate in Early Years

Job Description
- To work alongside the manager and deputy to ensure the staff team deliver the EYFS curriculum to an outstanding standard.
- You must have a firm understanding of EYFS and have knowledge in planning and implementing activities relevant to the age/stage of development of the children in our care.
- You will be expected to observe and record what the children do and plan the next steps for the children’s play, learning and development with regard to EYFS.
- To understand and promote the ethos of the company and uphold the highest standards of childcare.
- To actively promote and support the safeguarding of children and young people within the setting, ensuring the nurseries policies and procedures are observed at all times.
- To support and promote equality and diversity.
- To prepare the children’s learning journeys within your room and establish reviews for parents and carers in conjunction with the manager and/or deputy.
