Qualified Room Leader

Job summary

Snowflakes Day Nursery and Montessori is an Ofsted Outstanding, independent, family run Nursery with 4 locations across Northolt, Southall and Norwood Green.

We are ideally looking for an experienced and qualified Room Leader to join our welcoming team.

*Requirements*

- Have a good understanding of the individual needs of children.

- Be able to plan for children's learning, making observations and assessments.

- Manage day to day paperwork

- Have a thorough knowledge of the EYFS.

- Have a good understanding of safeguarding procedures.

- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and health and safety.

- Be punctual, trustworthy, and able to use your own initiative.

- Childcare or Montessori qualifications are desirable, but not required.

*- A good level of spoken and written English is required. *

*Hours of work*

- Full time(40 hours per week)

- Shifts are set on a weekly basis and vary between the hours of 8am to 6pm.

- Permanent

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer part-time or term-time only positions.

£21,000 to £28,000 dependent on qualifications and experience
