Nursery Deputy Manager (Term-Time Only)
Little Learners Nurseries is a small chain of 4 Pre-Schools based in Enfield which are open term time only, Monday – Friday, 9.00 - 3.30. 35 hours per week, 38 weeks per year.
We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic room-based Deputy Manager to join our team. You must have a strong understanding of the EYFS, committed to safeguarding and promoting good practice.
You will be assisting with the day-to-day operations of the nursery, leading and embedding the nursery ethos through everyday practice while maintaining high standards.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
· Strong leadership skills
· Relevant childcare qualification (Level 3 or above)
· Minimum 5 year’s experience working with children
· Good Knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection
· Thorough knowledge and understanding of the EYFS, Ofsted and Welfare Requirements
Location: Enfield EN3.
