Senior Nursery Manager

Job summary

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Senior Nursery Manager to oversee the operations of our nursery. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and possess strong leadership skills.

Duties:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the nursery
- Develop and implement educational programs for children
- Supervise nursery staff and provide guidance and support
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress
- Ensure a safe and nurturing environment for all children
- Drive continuous improvement in nursery services
- Maintain compliance with relevant regulations and standards

Requirements:
- Previous experience in childcare or early childhood education
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Leadership abilities to manage a team effectively
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
- Ability to drive initiatives and foster a positive learning environment
- Experience working with children is preferred
