Gayle is an experienced Early Years Leader with over 13 years of experience working with children and families across a range of nursery settings in England and internationally. She has successfully led nurseries through growth and improvement, building strong teams, creating welcoming environments and ensuring children receive the highest quality care and education.

Gayle is passionate about inclusive, child-centred education and believes every child deserves the very best start in life. She believes the early years should be filled with warmth, curiosity and opportunity, where children feel safe, happy and valued each day. She is committed to creating a nurturing nursery community where children flourish, families feel supported, and her team are empowered to deliver their best every day.

Fardus is a passionate and dedicated Deputy Manager who is committed to creating a safe, nurturing and inclusive environment where every child feels valued, supported and able to thrive.

She holds a degree in Education, alongside Master’s-level qualifications in Special Educational Needs (SEN), Leadership and Management, and Teaching and Practice. Her education and experience have given her a strong understanding of child development, inclusive practice and effective leadership, as well as the importance of providing children with high-quality learning experiences throughout their early years.

Fardus has a genuine love for working with children and is incredibly passionate about supporting them during such an important stage of their lives. She particularly enjoys building strong relationships with children and working closely with families and colleagues to ensure every child is given the opportunity to reach their full potential.

At the heart of Fardus’ approach is recognising each child as an individual. She is passionate about ensuring their individual needs, interests and voices are understood and valued, so that every child feels a true sense of belonging and is supported to grow in confidence, develop and flourish.
