I gained my NNEB in 1999 and started my career in schools. In 2003, I moved into the private sector as a manager and have since gained a foundation degree in Leadership and Management. I have since completed a level 3 in special needs. I have a strong passion and drive to deliver the highest standards of care and education, and firmly believe that every child deserves the opportunity to develop and thrive in a fun and caring environment.
