Tiffany has been at Sweet Peas, Garforth, since July 2015. She joined the team fresh out of university, where she studied a BA in Working with Young People, Children and Families.
Working predominantly in our Baby Suite with a large team of Early Years Educators, Tiffany has developed her passion for leading team members to strive for excellence in all they do. Tiff is now proud to manage our new setting at Rothwell.
Sam joined Sweet Peas, Garforth, in September 2022. She is a qualified early years teacher and SENCO. Sam has worked for over 15 years across age groups in special needs settings and mainstream schools. Her degree was early years-based, and she has a passion to enable all children to thrive in their early learning journeys.
My name is Millie, and I have been working in childcare since 2021. I have a Level 3 qualification in childcare and continued to gain a Level 6 Bachelor's Degree in young children’s learning and development.

I love working with young children—there’s nothing better than discovering the world together and having fun along the way. My favourite age group to work with is 2–4 years, as I enjoy seeing their personalities shine through at such an exciting stage of development.
When it comes to activities, I especially enjoy anything messy! Painting, playing with foam, and getting creative with play-dough are always favourites.
