Session Times & Fees

Breakfast wraparound: 7:30 – 9:00 am — £7.50 per session (non-funded)

Morning session: 9:00 am – 12:00 pm — £22.50 (non-funded); eligible for 3 hours funded at £0 for funded children

Afternoon session: 12:30 – 3:30 pm — £22.50 (non-funded); eligible for 3 hours funded at £0 for funded children

Full day session (option 1): 9:00 am – 3:30 pm — £48.75 (non-funded) or part-funded combinations with funding and additional charge; £2.65 extra if school lunch is paid through ParentPay (from Sep 2025)

Full day session (option 2): 9:00 am – 3:00 pm — funded/non-funded combinations available with associated charges; £2.65 extra for lunch through ParentPay (from Sep 2025)

Afterschool wraparound: 3:30 – 6:00 pm — £15.00 per session (non-funded)

Funding & Discounts
Eligible 3- and 4-year-olds can receive up to 15 or 30 hours free childcare funded by Warwickshire County Council, depending on family circumstances and eligibility. Funded hours cover part or all of the preschool session cost where applicable.

Payments & Policies
Fees must be paid in advance; a no arrears policy applies. Parents may pay monthly in advance for non-funded fees and can use Childcare Vouchers or Tax-Free Childcare when booking.

We accept government funding for 15 or 30 hours free childcare for 3 and 4 year olds, Tax Free Childcare, Universal Credit and fee paying families.

We offer morning, afternoon and full day sessions, in addition to extended wraparound hours.
