Muneeb is the owner of Brighter Beginnings Care.

Fatou is our dedicated Nursery Manager, bringing over 20 years of experience in education and early years childcare. With a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Management and a Bachelor's degree in Childhood and Youth Studies from the University of Portsmouth, she combines strong academic knowledge with extensive hands-on leadership experience.

Throughout her career, Fatou has worked as a qualified teacher, Assistant Head Teacher, Preschool Room Leader, Deputy Childcare Manager, and SENCO. She has successfully led teams in high-quality early years settings, including an Ofsted Outstanding nursery, where she played a key role in maintaining exceptional standards of care and education.

Passionate about helping children thrive, Fatou is committed to creating a safe, nurturing, and inspiring environment where every child feels valued and supported. She believes in building strong partnerships with families, mentoring staff to achieve their best, and ensuring that every child receives the highest quality early years education.

Her approachable nature, wealth of experience, and genuine passion for children's development make her an invaluable leader and a trusted source of support for both families and the nursery team.
