My name is Ami-Rose Spring, and I am the Nursery Manager and SENCO. I hold a Level 5 qualification in childcare and have eight years of experience within the early years sector.

I am deeply committed to supporting children’s learning, development and wellbeing. I have a particular passion for the Montessori and Curiosity Approaches, which reflect my belief that children learn most effectively through meaningful, hands-on experiences. I value creating nurturing and engaging environments that encourage curiosity, independence and confidence.

I am equally passionate about building positive relationships with parents and working in partnership with families to ensure every child feels valued, included and supported to reach their full potential.

I’m the friendly face and voice at the heart of our nursery, keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes as the backbone of our daily operations. As a mum to a little girl myself, I know firsthand how important it is to feel confident, supported, and reassured when choosing childcare.

I am a Level 3 qualified Early Years Practitioner with 3 years of experience working in Early Years, as well as experience working within a school setting.

I am really excited to be working with your children, supporting them as they learn, grow and explore through play. I especially love sharing stories, getting creative, and all things messy!

I love music, outdoor adventures, messy play and getting creative with the children - whether that’s making mud pies and magical potions in the mud kitchen, or bringing stories to life through role play, like going on our very own We’re Going on a Bear Hunt adventure!

One thing I love about Blooming Kids is how welcoming my colleagues made me feel when I first started.

When not at work, you will usually find me spending time with family and friends and going for walks with my children. In the evenings, I like to relax by either reading a good book or sitting down at the table doing my diamond art. Read less

I studied childcare in college and loved it so much that I started working here almost a year ago. I love doing arts and crafts with the children, so you’ll often be going home with a stack of paper and crafts at the end of the week! Read less

I really enjoy preparing healthy, delicious meals for the children and seeing them enjoy the food I make. One of my favourite parts of working at the nursery is watching the children grow, learn and develop their own little personalities along the way.

Outside of work, my partner and my daughters are my world, and I love spending time together as a family. In my spare time, I enjoy going to the gym, cooking and watching live music.
