Seedlings Day Nursery

Seedlings Day Nursery is a family owned and managed Children’s Day Nursery which offers a homely environment in Prestwich providing quality and inspirational learning for children up to 3 years old.

Seedlings is part of the HeadStart Nursery family, a group of well-established, family-run childcare settings. Alongside its sister nurseries - Beeches in Prestwich, Park Avenue Montessori in Sale, and Holly House in Walkden. Each nursery shares a strong focus on creating a supportive and inclusive environment and are designed to ensure children and families feel welcomed, respected, and valued as individuals.

Opened in April 2026, Seedlings Day Nursery builds on the long-standing success of Beeches Day Nursery, located nearby on the opposite side of St Ann’s Park in Prestwich. With over 20 years of experience, Beeches has developed a strong reputation for delivering high-quality childcare, recognised by both parents and Ofsted. Seedlings aims to uphold and continue this standard, offering the same level of care and commitment in its new setting.

The nursery has been completely refurbished internally and externally at the start of 2026.
