Step Start Witham opened in early 2025 and is the largest setting in the Step Start family, located right on Witham High Street, perfectly positioned for local families. The nursery features thoughtfully designed rooms for each age group, along with a dedicated space called Future Leaps, designed to inspire learning through exploration and imaginative play.

I’ve worked in Early Years for almost 30 years in a range of roles - from practitioner to manager, Speech and Language LSA, Nanny and Early Years Advisor. I went straight from school to college to gain my NNEB Diploma, and later completed my NVQ Level 4 and SENCO qualification. Supporting children, especially those with SEND, has always been my passion - I’ve seen how the right support can truly transform a child’s confidence and development.
