Castle’s newest nursery, Guardian House in Godalming, is close to Godalming High Street and just 100 yards from the train station.

It is a bright, modern nursery with purpose-built rooms. There are five dedicated rooms for different age ranges, allowing children to learn and develop in spaces tailored to their specific needs.

The nursery is arranged across five dedicated rooms for different age groups, so children can learn and grow in environments designed around their stage of development.

Every age group can access the garden, where children are encouraged to use the nursery allotment to grow fruit and vegetables, with the ingredients prepared by the on-site nursery cook.

The outdoor area is divided into age-zoned sections and includes a range of surfaces, such as astro turf and wet-pour play areas. There are quiet corners for sharing stories or birdwatching with friends, alongside open spaces for running, cycling, and scooting.

Jess is a qualified childcare professional with vocational qualifications in childcare and a degree in leadership and education. Studying and practising in nurseries since leaving school, she has been a member of our nursery team since 2010 and a manager since 2015.


Her ambition to care for and educate young children is driven by her passion to have a positive impact on their lives by providing them with powerful play experiences which engage a child’s imagination and curiosity to explore, to create ‘thinkers and do-ers’ in their early years.
