From 1 April 2026, the fees will be the below rates. For ease, the chart below sets out the amount you will be invoiced depending on the age of the child and the funding you are eligible to claim for.

Fees are calculated over 51 weeks and paid in equal monthly instalments across 12 months.

Monthly Fees listed above are inclusive of:

Meals (Breakfast, Lunch, Hot Tea and snacks)
Non-food consumables (e.g. nappies, wipes, sun cream)
Optional Activities
From time to time, optional activities may be offered. Participation in these activities is voluntary, and charges (where applicable) will be communicated clearly in advance.

Booking Information

Attendance and Bookings
Children must attend a minimum of 2 full days per week to ensure consistency and quality of care.
Ad-hoc sessions may be booked when space allows and must be paid for in advance.

Accepting a Place, Invoices and Fees
Fees are invoiced one month in advance of your child’s start date.
To reduce hours, please provide one month’s written notice.
Requests to increase hours will be accommodated where space allows.
Invoices will clearly itemise:
- Funded hours

-Optional activities
- Changes to Bookings

Requests to increase hours will be accommodated wherever possible, depending on availability.

Holidays and Closures
Bank holidays, inset days, and training days are paid days.
