Oliver gets on with all the staff in the setting and has made some great friends.
Staff have been very supportive in getting our son to be more independent and we have seen some amazing progress since he has attended. Our son has attended during the last summer and a lot of half term periods and we have been extremely lucky the setting has fit our son into most sessions that have been requested. As the youngest sibling of 4 keeping our son occupied whilst working and supporting other family members we have felt our son would benefit from being kept busy and with children of his own age and we have noticed this has been a massive support to our son. Staff will always stay in touch if there are issues.

My two girls attend Beaming Stars and have been thriving ever since. The staff are exceptional - caring, nurturing, and incredibly supportive. My youngest has a gross motor delay, and they've been amazing in helping her develop those skills. They keep me updated regularly, and I've seen a huge boost in her confidence. She now arrives with a big smile and waves me off in the mornings.
My eldest loves the wide range of activities and staying busy. She especially enjoys the outdoor play and indoor soft play, which helps her burn off plenty of energy. She attends four days a week and still asks to go in on her day off - that speaks volumes!!

We've been made to feel welcome there from the start, and our son couldn't be happier and has really been brought out of his shell.
The staff are all amazing, so kind and really care for all the children. They also offer support to the parents - no question is silly and parents are always given the time they need. It's been a pleasure getting to know them all.
The nursery host regular events to integrate the families and involve the parents in the children's activities which is really lovely.
The actual setting is spacious, clean and filled with all sorts of things for fun and development. The two outdoor spaces and large indoor soft play are also a particular favourite of our son.

Our child has been attending the setting since October, starting off with the babies and moving up to toddlers. The fluency of her speech and social skills have come on tremendously since starting at nursery. As a mother, it is always a worry when considering the best setting for your young child but after many viewings, we instantly felt confident in the stability, nurture and education that Beaming Stars could provide. We was not wrong either! Every day is filled with different activities to work across her various development milestones with extra focus given where there is any fall behind so she gets the best opportunities to learn through play. Her key worker has been so wholesome , that worries of leaving my baby were very quickly dissipated. I couldn't give more stars but if I could I would !!

She's formed such lovely bonds with both the staff and other children, which really shows how nurturing the environment is. The outdoor play area is fantastic as well, plenty of space and engaging activities that keep the children active and happy.

Our twins joined Beaming Stars in August and they took to it right away. They are so excited to get to nursery and they reach out for their key workers, excited to see them and spend the day with them.
The nursery have been nothing but professional at all times and keep the parent up to date throughout the day. We receive regular photos and communications from them and they are very responsive should I ever need to contact them.
They have a huge soft play area which the kids absolutely love and lovely outdoor settings which the kids get to use every day. They also go above and beyond with extra events such as the Halloween party we recently attended or the christmas ceramics making.
We are so thankful we found beaming stars and look forward to being with them for a long time to come :)

We get a daily update about what he is doing and it is a fun filled day where he explores and builds his skills. He loves messy play and gets lots of opportunities for this.
His language skills and pro social behaviour have greatly improved since moving to this nursery and the team are fantastic. They show a genuine care and dedication to him and his development and are attentive to his personal needs. We believe he is safe and happy here and trust them completely. There is a huge level of professionalism and it is very much valued.

My daughter is extremely clingy but the settling period went smoothly and from our first tour round, my daughter happily left my side to play.
They have so much for the children to do, age, ability and interest taken into account. They're always up to different activities!
They have a wonderful set up with a soft play, outside garden area (or two!) and a woodland space for the children - I often find myself wanting to come in and play instead of dropping her off.
Beaming stars isn't my first nursery experience but it's definitely been my best, we only need to suggest nursery to my daughter and she runs and gets her shoes on!!

We both find that we are far less stressed with our child's care and well being, that our child is in a much better environment surrounded by staff, and that our child seems much happier to be around.
We both enjoy the variety of facilities our child is exposed to. The soft play apparatus/area is a great facility that our child greatly enjoys.
The management and staff are good and prompt with communication and transparent, which honestly is such a welcome behaviour we really appreciate. Updates are regular via their app, which is great!

Meet the Team (6)
Marie has 25 years experience working in Nursery settings, with the last 15 years being management experience. Marie holds a NNEB L3 qualification and is also the Designated Safeguarding lead for the setting. Marie has undertaken Paediatric First Aid training, SENCO training, Fire Marshall Training as well as being Behaviour Management trained and a Health and safety officer. Marie is married and has two children.
Emily has a Level 2 childcare and education certificate and has 3 years of experience working in a nursery setting.
She is looking to train towards her Level 3 qualification this year.
Elle is our lovely L3 Baby room leader who has recently been promoted to Third-in-charge. Elle has a passion for arts and crafts and has shown such a kind and caring, nurturing and fun skill set that makes her perfect for our baby room. Elle has clear communication with our parents and ensures that they feel listened to and involved in their child's learning.
Jodie recently joined our team in January and has strengthened our Preschool and toddler unit with her depth of experience.
She is a Level 3 practitioner and has worked in nursery chains as well as independent nurseries.
Jodie loves to bake with the children and also explore our natural surroundings through woodland walks.
Chloe is a new mum and has returned to childcare to extend her knowledge and experience. She is currently completing her Level 3 apprenticeship, which she should complete in May 2026.
Chloe has a soft and gentle nature, which offers comfort and security to our babies. This means that strong emotional attachments are formed with Chloe's key children and their families. Chloe understands the worries of being a first-time mum going back to work, and she is able to empathise with many of our new families.
Rebekah joined our team last year and has become a valued member of staff. Her soft, calm and gentle nature, which makes her a perfect staff member for our baby room.
Rebekah enjoys songs and stories, and spending time in the garden with the babies.
