Supported by a team with more than 35 years of combined experience across early years provision and primary education, the nursery is committed to delivering outstanding care and high-quality learning for every child.

Full day from 08:00 to 18:00
Depending on your eligibility and age of your child you will have access to 15 or 30 hours funding support from the local authority, this amount is then deducted from the listed fees above and then spread across the hours/days your child is attending. We can help guide you through this process and once your application is made we will add this deduction to your fees.
The funded entitlement covers statutory childcare as detailed in the early years foundation stage framework and covers 38 weeks of the year, we stretch the funding for you accordingly over the 50.5 weeks we are open for. Note: The funding does not include food, consumables or any additional activities and services that we offer at Mother Bear. - how clean it was (and I am quite particular about that)!
Our girl settled in super easily (and she doesn't take to everyone) and we can see that she's having a great time with her new friends and teachers and acquiring new skills all the time. It is clear that the environment is educational, full of exploration, as well as fun, loving and supportive. 100% recommend!

My child absolutely loves this nursery. It's such a caring and nurturing environment where the staff truly go above and beyond. There are always a variety of engaging activities planned, and I'm really impressed with how much learning is built into everything they do.
They take the children to the park regularly, which is such a lovely touch - not just for play, but for nature walks and extra learning outdoors. It's clear they really value exploration and letting the children learn through real experiences.
The meals are all vegetarian-based and genuinely healthy, with a great variety offered each week. I really appreciate the focus on nutritious food and how they introduce the children to different flavours.
I also love receiving updates via the app. It's so helpful seeing what meals he's had throughout the day (and at what time), as well as the photos of all the activities he's been involved in. The app even has a direct messaging feature, which makes communication easy.
