LEYF - Greengate Nursery and Pre-School

We are having a great experience at Greengate nursery. The toddlers are doing so many wonderful activities and learning such a lot each day. Our daughter's confidence has grown since starting in the toddler room and her speech has also flourished too.

We love the extra activities that they do, they recently organised a Grandparents tea party which was wonderful, the activities were brilliant and just enough for the children to engage with. They also too the toddlers on the bus to the Olympic park which was very successful. Our child came back very animated and excited to explain to us about the trip.

We love that the nursery has such a lot of outside space but we do feel it is seriously lacking in shade in this hot weather. It is a concern for us as parents and would like LEYF to address this urgently and certainly in time for next summer. Unfortunately some of the time the children have had to stay in doors as it's just not very suitable in the hot weather.

Our daughter has been attending the Greengate LEYF nursery for the past couple of years, and our eldest daughter also attended the nursery before its acquisition by LEYF. We are very pleased with the staff, who genuinely care about the children and consistently provide the highest standard of care. We initially chose the nursery because of both the dedicated staff and the facilities provided, particularly the large garden space. The children seem to enjoy spending as much time outdoors as possible.

Both we and our son have loved Greengate nursery; he's been there 2.5 years since he was 1. The staff are fantastic - kind, caring and have really ensured our child has developed so well. The garden space is great, the kids spend lots of time outside. Our son comes home each day with great stories of play and new songs to sing. The parents form a great community bond as well. Would highly recommend Greengate and will be sad to leave!

On our viewing day, what stood out most was the manager, Morgan. When my son started climbing on a table, she calmly got down to his eye level and redirected him with kindness and respect. That moment showed us exactly how children are treated here and is the reason we chose LEYF Greengate. We couldn't be happier with our decision.

This was my child's first nursery experience and we were concerned about how she would settle but she loved it from the beginning.

My daughter loves coming to this nursery. The staff are very kind, caring, and always helpful. She has learned so much and enjoys all the activities every day. I feel completely safe and happy leaving her here. Thank you to the whole team for taking such wonderful care of my child.

We have been so pleased with our son's time at Greengate nursery and preschool. My son started here when he was only 16 months old and has grown so much in confidence over the years. The staff have always been kind, caring, and supportive, creating a safe and nurturing environment where he has developed so many new skills. He has loved making friends, taking part in fun activities, going out on short day trips and learning every day. We are very grateful for the wonderful care and dedication of the team and would highly recommend them to other families

Our daughter loves it there and her development has come on in leaps since starting. Even as a very attached mum I feel really confident leaving her at Greengate.
