Our son attends on alternate days which is not ideal as it can be hard for children to settle into a routine. Happycrew were honest with us from the start and told us that this may be difficult. They put together an amazing settling package together where our child went Mondays and Fridays for two hours supervised by parents. Then two weeks before his start date, he was in everyday from 8:30 to 11:00am. The attention to detail, the time, the expertise they put into his settling period has meant that our son has settled in straight away. We are kept up to date with regular pictures and updates on what he had been doing including, what activities he had done, when he had slept, what he had eaten. It reassured us that he was happy and made us feel at ease. Our son is so happy there and whenever we drop him off he smiles and goes with a member of staff. When we pick him up we get a 5 min debrief about his day and this is so helpful. He is so happy there and we are happy parents too.

My son has been at Happycrew for over a year now and it is such a nurturing and caring environment, the staff truly care about the children. My son loves going to nursery and is thriving there. It really is a home from home setting.

My toddler has attended Happycrew on a full time basis since I returned to work after maternity leave (early 2024) and I can't compliment the team and the facility enough. Staff bent over backwards to help me and my toddler adjust to the new normal. The nursery itself is very clean, warm, and welcoming. My toddler is so settled there and childminders are very loving and nurturing. It feels like I'm dropping my child off with a family member every day and I trust that's he's very well taken care of (as well as being kept busy with thoughtful and educational activities all day!). If you have any concerns or worries, management are very proactive at offering advice or solutions and work with you to find the best solution for you and your baby. I can't recommend Happycrew enough, we are very happy with the service! Also, in comparison to other nurseries I looked at, it offers an unrivalled outdoor play experience including forest school - providing lots of updates/photos throughout the day!

We could not be happier with Happycrew. Our first son joined and now our second also goes there, both full time. We really feel like we have found the best childcare there is. We feel so lucky. The staff are all amazing. The amount of activities and learning that they do with the children is incredible. The setting itself is so big yet so cosy and has so many stations and areas that the children can interact with. It feels like our three year old is ready for primary school a year early he has so many independent skills now that Happycrew have taught him. They both love going in everyday and anytime we go in the place is always just so calm. I have no idea how they achieve that with so many children! The cherry on the top is the outdoor space that the nursery has access to - it's enormous and the kids are always out in the fresh air.
