Squirrels Pre-School Delamere Park

They truly care about the children and their families, and that shows in everything they do. We feel completely safe leaving our daughter in their hands, and I am so grateful we found them. They often accept additional sessions at last minute and our daughter genuinely walks in without so much as a backward glance at me.

Since my great nephew started at this nursery his delayed speech is now where it should be for his age. The patience, friendly staff, cleanliness, resources and teaching through play both indoor and out are fabulous and I would highly recommend this nursery.

Staff at Squirrels were fantastic with my little one, they settled her in and built her confidence. Communication was great and staff were always accommodating. They met my little ones needs and gave her great experiences.

Squirrels nursery's been a big part of my three grandchildren's lives over the last six years. I have had 2x grandsons and 1 granddaughter that have attended and all have been extremely happy. All three have made many friend and been very comfortable joining in with all activities. It's a home from home environment xx many thanks to all the staff for helping my grandchildren grow.

My grandson attends the setting and is excited to go. The staff are all friendly and Squirrels have a great space for him to explore and learn. He particularly liked building a dinosaur enclosure with the volcano they had made and learnt about all the different kinds of dinosaurs. He comes to my house singing songs from nursery and enjoys being outside in the garden area playing football with the coach on Wednesday. Any queries I have had management has dealt with them straight away.

Lovely small and friendly setting, when my son started a while back he settled straight in and since then he has always been excited for pre-school days. The staff are very supportive, friendly, understanding and professional.

Seeing my grandchildren grow up learning new skills and getting ready for school age is wonderful to see.

In July my youngest child left Squirrels. In total, I've had 3 children attend for 8 years and all 3 of them have thoroughly enjoyed their time there. It has a magic! We did try and settle them at different nurseries but they never did. At Squirrels they ran in every day and never looked back. It's a small nurturing environment which I think allows the children to feel at home. Seeing how much they loved it certainly eased any mum guilt I had. The staff and resources are both exceptional, it's a gem of a preschool in a lovely setting, couldn't recommend more.

We have found the staff at Squirrels to be extremely helpful, they will take the time to discuss concerns and are always happy to share tips and advice. Our little boy has loved going and is keen to run in every day!

Overall we are very happy with Squirrels and our son is definitely thriving in this setting!

As a parent, I feel invited to be involved and communication doesn't just happen outside the door or over email it feels very homely. I can't praise the staff enough!

My son has been attending Squirrels for a year and loves his time there. He has benefitted a lot from being in a small group and has made some really lovely bonds with both the staff and other children in the setting. He loves getting involved in hands-on activities, especially baking! The small size of the setting is lovely and really helps to nurture the children and prepare them for school.
