Nestled in a spacious, beautifully converted house on Grafton Road, the nursery has a homely baby and toddler room as well as a dynamic preschool space. Outside, your little one will thrive in the purpose-built, sensory-rich outdoor area—perfect for learning through play, building friendships, and discovering the world around them.

Funding & Fees

The below shows our standard fee structure. Fees include all meals, snacks,
nappies, wipes, and resources. Fees are multiplied over 51 weeks.
Full time rate £90
half day rate £50


Families with funding options, a consumable charge is add on to the fees


15hr £80
30hr £150

15 hours of Government funding is available to all children starting from the term following
their 3rd birthday for 38 weeks of the year as well as an additional 15 hours (totaling 30
hours) of Government funding if you meet the qualifying criteria. We stretch this funding over
51 weeks operating weeks.


15 hours of New Government funding is now available for 2 Year Olds if you meet the
qualifying working family criteria.


September 2024 15 hours was made available to children of 9 Months and up and in
September 2025 was extended to 30 hours.


The Government funding is for the provision of early years education only and does not
cover the cost of essential extras such as drinks, meals, hygiene supplies, or extracurricular
activities, please see the figures table.


Please note the table shows the fees with funding applied. 15 hour funding covers 1 day
and 30 hour funding covers 2 days. All funded hours are stretched over 51 weeks.

Both my kids when to Cherry Tree Nursery, they learned laughed and loved their experience. The staff were always supportive and flexible and it's a chapter that we will always look back to fondly now that they're in school

Cherry Tree is a wonderful nursery my daughter has thrived there the staff are amazing with the children and they truly want the best for them . They also arrange lots of fun activities to do they even take the children to the park which is lovely and they give updates and achievements via a app so
that's nice to give you peace of mind and see what your child's up to at nursery over all I couldn't fault it .

My son has been at Cherry Tree since he was 18 months old and will be 4 years old in a few weeks. I couldn't have picked a better nursery for him.
The staff are amazing, they get to know your child extremely well and care about them as much as you do! They update you with photos and snippets of your
child's day, and generally treat your child as if one of their own.
Since being at Cherry Tree, he's been diagnosed with autism and the help and support they've given us (especially the manager) has been invaluable. They helped obtain funding and additional resources for our son and made it an environment that he thrives in.
We'll be so sad when he has to leave to start reception this September!!

I have had two kids at Cherry Tree Nursery and Preschool so far and have received great care and great contact with staff. They have dealt very well with allergies and extra care for one of my kinds, putting me at ease as a parent. They have been accommodating and understanding. The kids do lots of
baking, crafts and outdoor play, and the school preparation is very good.
