Cherry Tree Nursery in Polmont provides a warm, nurturing, home-from-home environment where children are supported as individuals from the start of their nursery journey.
A long-standing, experienced team is at the heart of the setting, with several staff members having cared for local families for over 19 years. This continuity helps children build secure relationships with familiar faces, while allowing the team to develop a strong understanding of each child’s individual routines, interests and needs.
The nursery has four rooms, thoughtfully arranged across different age groups, alongside a fully enclosed garden that children can access regularly for outdoor play, exploration and learning. Experiences and activities are shaped around children’s interests, helping the environment adapt and evolve around what captures their curiosity.
To help children settle into nursery life, the team can also arrange a home visit before the child's start date. This allows key workers to learn more about each child's routines, sleep patterns, comforters, and family life, creating a personalised and reassuring transition into the setting.
Located at East Beancross Farm in Polmont, the nursery also benefits from its own car park and convenient access for families travelling locally or via the nearby motorway.

Very good communication between staff and parents. We also like the nursery is open from 7.30am which was important to us as most are 8am which would make getting to work almost impossible.
Very confident with our choice for our son to attend Cherry tree.

From day one we just knew our son was in good hands. The nursery has such a welcoming, calm, warm environment. They have been so open and honest with us about how they can best support our son who has ASN and they have been nothing but fantastic with him.

A wonderful place for your child to grow!

The care they receive is fantastic, regular updates and Cheryl's door is always open if you need something. The key workers are all great and always give regular updates on the kids. The setting is great, with different rooms for different ages, however they all still mingle which I love!
They have a large garden which is great for exploring which my oldest child loved!
Would always reccomend this nursery to anyone who was seeking childcare

I particularly want to mention the wonderful team in the Buttercup Room and the Nursery Manager Cheryl, who have been so incredibly warm, welcoming and nurturing from day one. Starting nursery is such a big milestone, not just for the little ones but for parents too, and the team have really helped put my mind at ease knowing our little girl is in such caring hands.
The regular updates through the app, including photos and little insights into her day, are so reassuring and make such a difference when we're apart.
It's clear how much the team genuinely care about the children, and we're so grateful for the kindness, patience and attention they've shown our little girl as she settles into nursery life.
A huge thank you to everyone in the Buttercup Room for making this new chapter such a positive experience for our family!

The nursery have been amazing with my daughter since day one. She's been transitioned through 3 rooms and with one key worker from each room, and they've all been fantastic, as well as the other staff. My wee girl regularly has to go visit staff in the other rooms on the way out because she just loves everyone, Sheryl being her fave! They provide an excellent level of care and fun for the children, my wee girl never wants to leave and is excited to go! The areas for the children to play are clean (as clean as toddlers allow), well stocked with age appropriate toys and play equipment and look engaging for the children. Nothing is ever a problem, my wee girl had some intolerance issues and the nursery worked with me through this, helping me get to the bottom of what was going on. They are great at keeping me up to date with what's going on and how my daughter is if asked. Manager Cheryl is always around for a chat if needed too!
Really can't fault anything :)
