Kids Planet Mapperley South

I have had a very Positive experience with the nursery. The staff are very helpful and caring towards my daughter. The team Keep me updated regularly and the app is very easy to use where communications are published.

Our daughter loves her nursery and always looks forward to going in the morning. The staff are lovely and supportive, and have really got to know her. They prepared a wonderful gift for her to bring home for Xmas that was so thoughtful.

The nursery is absolutely amazing. The staff are incredibly caring, attentive, and truly dedicated to their work. They always welcome the children with a big smile and create such a warm, positive atmosphere.

My little one loves being there - she is always happy and excited, and it's clear that she feels comfortable and well-cared-for. It gives me so much relief and peace of mind to know that she is safe, supported, and enjoying her time every day.

I am very grateful for the wonderful care they provide.

This nursery is amazing and I recommend to family and friends as much as I can.

Cannot fault Kids Planet at all, my daughter settled extremely well and the staff always go the extra mile to ensure she is happy. In the short time she has been there the nursery has really helped her development, learning new skills every day.

My child has attended the nursery since it was Hollies and now Kids planet. I can see the improvement in the nursery since its transition to Kids Planet. My child is so happy and comfortable in the Pre-school room. The staff are very attentive to his needs, communicative and well organised. My son has a vegan diet and they have ensured that he is catered to and does not feel left out.

They do activities daily, both inside the nursery and take them out on forest days out. The app they use to communicate with parents is really helpful, clear and keeps you updated with what they are up to in the day, as well as their development milestones and pictures.

They have been very supportive with the transition to both parents and children in terms of transitioning to big school by providing information and guidance, communicating with the schools they are moving on to and preparing children with activities they might experience at when they leave. Wish he could stay another year! :-)

The nursery had a wonderful open day for everyone to attend. There was lots of fun to be had and lots of goodies to enjoy and win! This nursery is really good - education and fun both being main priorities.

My son is thriving in the toddler room after transitioning from the baby room. His speech has come along very well and the staff have been helpful in facilitating his potty training journey. The staff here are attentive and know the children well. The rooms are well organised and certainly meet Ofsted's Early Years framework. Highly recommended:)

My son seems to really enjoy his time at nursery. He is excited to go in each morning and seems happy and confident. We really like that there is a good outdoor space at Mapperley South and that this is used regularly. We also like the range of activities the team put on for the children to learn and explore. Levels of communication are strong both from Kids Planet generally and the local team.

I compared carefully before I change the nursery for my boys, yes price wise they maybe be a bit expensive but trust me it's worth!

He is now 2 and thriving, he has a good relationship with the staff and has made some lovely friendships too. It's comforting to see him get excited to go to nursery in the mornings, the nursery staff are supportive and helped in my transition back to work by providing regular updates throughout the day and debriefs at the end of the day. I'll forever be grateful.

My daughter always has a brilliant experience at nursery and has done for the last 15 months we've been here! The experiences the staff create are brilliant and really help channel her energy and imagination!! It really helps me to know she's so well cared for and the feedback from staff is brilliant :) trips to the park when feasible have been her favourite and it's brilliant that they can offer this! They have been excellent at catering to dietary requirements as well which are not the easiest and we are so grateful!

All the staff at Mapperley South are so friendly qnd attentive, my daughter really looks forward to her days there. They are so supportive with every change and challenge that is put to them and so supportive to make the home/nursery transition and routine as seamless as possible.

My daughter loves attending nursery and has improved significantly with her speech and fine motor skills since attending. The staff are lovely and supportive and always willing to help in any way possible.

My daughter has been coming to this nursery since she was 9 months old and has absolutely loved it. The staff have always been amazing and my daughter has come on so well with everything she's always happy when I pick her up and occasionally doesn't want to leave

Great and friendly team. My daughter always comes home happy and full of stories of what they have done during the day.

Team always seem to have lots of different activities each day.

Only slight negative is that Kids Planets systems, communication and process are not as user friendly as previous.

The toddler room staff post lots of pictures of the children engaging in activities and having fun.

Our daughter has been attending this nursery since she was 9 months old and the staff have been incredible from the start. She had allergies and other chronic health issues which they have been very accommodating of and aware about.

The staff are always happy to have a chat at the end of the day to talk about what our daughter has been doing. You can tell that they truly care about the children and it is clear that my daughter enjoys going there.

I have two children that attend the nursery. My oldest has been there for 3 years, and my youngest 7 months. Both children really enjoy their time there. We find the nursery and the staff very fun, caring, and it has a good educational setting.
