Both our children have attended Brightkidz Pre School and Nursery, it's an easy decision. With the exceptional professionalism coupled with staff knowledge....for parents this is a sanctuary for our children's young minds, to learn: friendship, social skills, educational programmes embedded above national
standards.
Security is well, care is second to none, children's happiness is above and beyond. What more do you want than a happy child being guided to the best they can be?

My child has grown so much in confidence, communication, and independence since attending the nursery. The activities are fun, engaging, and clearly well planned to support learning and development. I also really appreciate the regular updates, observations, and open communication - it feels like a
real partnership between home and nursery.

We have had such a wonderful experience with this nursery, and I honestly couldn't be happier with the care my son receives. He has been attending since he was just six months old, and watching his growth and development has been truly heart-warming. The staff are incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely
care about every child. My son has grown so much in confidence and independence, and it's amazing to see how happy and comfortable he is going in every morning. Communication with parents is excellent, and the nursery provides a safe, warm, and welcoming environment. I would wholeheartedly recommend this nursery to any family looking for loving and supportive childcare.

Job Title: Founder & Director

Hello, I'm Varsha Patel, the founder and director of Brightkidz Preschool. My journey into early years began after the birth of my second daughter, when I found it increasingly difficult to balance work and family life. I wanted a career that would allow me to be close to my children while also doing something meaningful, something that felt nurturing, supportive and aligned with my values as a mother. It was through this experience that my passion for childcare truly began. Having my own children showed me just how important those early years are, and inspired me to create a family-like nursery where every child is cared for as if they were our own.


I hold a Level 3 qualification in childcare and have always been passionate about creating a warm, welcoming, and nurturing environment for children and their families, one that truly feels like a home from home. I believe that every child is unique and deserves to be celebrated, supported and encouraged to learn at their own pace through play, discovery and loving guidance. Brightkidz was born out of my vision to offer high-quality care with strong family values at its heart. I'm still very much hands-on and involved in the daily running of the nursery, making sure that every child who walks through our doors feels safe, loved and inspired to grow.


Working closely with families is incredibly important to me, and I believe that the strongest foundations for learning come from meaningful relationships between children, practitioners and parents. It's a joy and privilege to be part of each child's early journey, and I am so proud of the caring, dedicated team we have here at Brightkidz

Job Title: Manager

Hello, I'm Vinita, the nursery manager at BrightKidz Preschool. I have worked in the education sector for over 25 years, and my passion lies in supporting children's development during the most vital and formative years of their lives.


I hold a master's in education (Special Needs) from Brunel University, along with a Level 3 qualification in Childcare, and I am currently completing a diploma in Neuroscience to further understand how childrens brains develop and how best to support their emotional and cognitive needs. I have also completed training in Makaton (British Sign Language) to help children with communication difficulties feel included and empowered.


Over the years, I have held a variety of roles from nursery practitioner to room leader, deputy manager and now nursery manager. These experiences have given me a well-rounded understanding of what high-quality childcare looks like and how to lead a strong, supportive team that delivers it consistently. I am passionate about creating a warm, inclusive environment where every child feels safe, valued, and encouraged to explore their world. I also believe in empowering educators through mentoring and training, so we can continuously grow and maintain the high standards our families deserve. It's a privilege to lead the amazing team at Brightkidz and support each child's journey with care.
