We are having the best experience with our nursery! The whole team is incredibly caring and professional, and it really shows in everything they do. Our baby absolutely loves it here, which gives us so much peace of mind. It's wonderful to know our little one is not only safe and well looked after, but also happy and thriving. We couldn't recommend this nursery more highly!

My daughter has been at this nursery for a while now, and I can honestly say she's so happy here. Every morning she runs in with a smile, and that means the world to me as a parent. The manager, has been amazing always kind, approachable, and willing to listen. You can tell she truly cares about the children and their families.

I also want to say a big thank you to one staff member in particular, who looks after my little one every day with so much patience and warmth. It's clear she really enjoys her job and has such a lovely bond with the children. I feel reassured knowing my daughter is spending her day with people who genuinely care about her wellbeing and happiness.

We couldn't be happier with the care and support our son receives at this nursery. From day one, the entire team has been incredibly welcoming, professional, and genuinely passionate about the development and well-being of the children.

A huge thank you to three members of staff in particular, and the rest of the dedicated staff for their continuous effort, patience, and love. They've created such a warm, nurturing environment where our little one is thriving - learning new things every day, building confidence, and developing essential skills in a fun and encouraging way.

A special thank you to the Head of Operations for going above and beyond. Your kindness, attention, and uplifting spirit have made such a difference to our son's journey.

We truly believe this is one of the best nurseries in London, and we feel lucky to be part of such a wonderful community. Thank you all.

The staff are always so warm, friendly, and genuinely care about the children. It's clear that they love what they do, and that positivity makes such a difference. Our son is always greeted with smiles, and we can see that he feels safe, happy, and well looked after.

A special thank you to the management, whose brilliant management ensures everything runs smoothly. Communication with parents is excellent - we're always kept informed about our child's progress and activities. They are also incredibly flexible and understanding when it comes to accommodating individual needs, which we really appreciate.

The team at Kido IW have been exceptional, our baby is a big personality with unique care requirements including a severe milk allergy and very big emotions! The team go above and beyond to meet his safety needs and give him all the love he asks for. The assistant manager is so kind and fun, 2 particular staff members give so much time, love and big energy to my son in the discoverers room and another staff member goes out of her way to get my son his special food needs met.

Can't recommend the nursery enough!

The nursery has helped my son come out of his shell and play with other kids and exploring different areas ! They have taught him how to explore all different areas like singing, playing, help him in his confidence.

The standard of care delivered at Kido is exceptional. I know that I am leaving my child in very safe and capable hands each day and am so grateful for everything the team do. Not only do they focus on physical needs, there is always a lot of educational focus even for my young 14 month old child. He has truly blossomed since starting at Kido imperial wharf and I owe this to the excellence of the staff who make him feel at home and meet his physical, emotional and developmental needs while I am at work.

The nursery is run with great structure but also allow flexibility with drop off and pick up times, which is extremely beneficial for someone like myself who works shifts and may not be able to leave at the exact same time everyday.

I also would like to highlight how healthy and nutritious the meals provided at Kido are; the staff have helped my son to become more independent with feeding and taking a wider variety of foods.

Our son requires special care and support which he was not receiving in his old nursery, so we made the tough decision to take him out. After some initial meetings with the manager at kido, we felt our son would be more suited here. We could not have been more happier with this decision and feel that our son is looked after by a team of dedicated, enthusiastic and outstanding individuals who go beyond our expectations. Our son's development has excelled and we are so proud of him and everyone at Kido who have helped him get to where he is now.

Our child has been at this nursery since November 2024, and we could not be happier. The staff are excellent, very hard-working and genuinely kind and caring. The development we have seen in our child over the past five months has been huge, and they really enjoy going to nursery! The rooms are nicely laid out, well equipped and the own little garden is such a bonus too.

Our son started nursery in January, and we couldn't be happier with how things are going. The staff are incredibly genuine and kind, making the settling-in process so smooth for us. The room he is in is lovely - clean, well-organised, and filled with fun activities to keep him busy.

The food, prepared by the amazing chef, is also a huge hit!

I visited several nurseries in the area, but this one stood out by a mile-and that's all down to the incredible staff.

Overall, this nursery has exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend it to any parent.

The children have a wonderful time every day, filled with fun, laughter, and exciting activities. It's amazing to see how they are developing in such a warm and caring environment. The staff are truly loving and attentive, making sure each child feels safe, happy, and encouraged to explore and learn. We couldn't ask for a better place for our little ones.

I am so grateful for their continued kindness, understanding and patience with both myself and my little nugget. Cannot recommend this place enough!
