The Early Years Academy Ibstock

My son goes to the nursery, everything they do for him is beyond expectations. They are very clear with the curriculum that they do the assessments to and are very clear with everything that goes on, seeing all of this leaves me with such confidence with what he is doing when at nursery. The staff are all incredible and very approachable, he has such a good relationship with all of them. He also has food there and the menu that they have is extremely varied and very healthy. Overall I couldn't wish for a better nursery for my son and would highly recommend it as a nursery for anyone else

I can't thank EYA enough for everything they have done for both my daughter and me. From the moment we walked through the doors at the first open day, I knew it was where I wanted her to be.

The support, care, and dedication they show go far beyond anything I ever expected from a nursery. Every single member of staff is amazing, friendly, and genuinely caring. They always make time for everyone and create such a warm, welcoming environment.

We bring our son to here full time, the staff and settings are outstanding. Our son Freddy plays and learns so much whilst here and absolutely loves it. Even though he can be difficult at times the staff treats him with such love and patients. We recommend this place to everyone we can

My daughter has came on impeccably since joining the nursery, all of the staff have been lovely and supportive of her journey! Everyday is full of enriching activities and my daughter always has plenty of stories to share.

Since our baby joined earlier this year, the staff at Early Years have made us feel so welcome, and they're all so lovely and friendly. I can't thank Mia and Hannah enough for how much effort they put into making us feel confident our baby is safe and well looked after. We couldn't be happier with them.

My child joined in April 26 and has settled in amazingly despite being unsure being left at first. They are in baby room and the baby room staff set up daily different activities including cloud dough, water play and time in the garden which my child thoroughly enjoys. The nursery also keeps us up to date via the app and a daily handover and it is great to see and hear about how they are developing and how the nursery is working to encourage them.

I couldn't be happier with the care and support my daughter receives at this nursery. The staff are warm, caring, and genuinely invested in each child's development. She has grown in confidence, made wonderful friendships, and always comes home excited to tell us about her day. The activities are engaging and educational, and communication with parents is excellent. It's clear that the team works hard to create a safe, nurturing, and happy environment. I highly recommend this nursery to any family looking for outstanding childcare.

My daughter has been here since it opened (coming on for 2 years now) and has been loved, supported and cared for the whole time. I can't sing the praises of all the team members enough at EYA past and present - they all love the children and really bond with them. Communication is great & the activities are brilliant. Couldnt recommend them more.

Fabulous nursery, always go above and beyond for my daughter who has additional needs. Staff are knowledgeable, friendly and approachable. The environment is well thought of creating a nurturing enabling environment for all children. The nursery have been flexible and supportive of my daughter and us as a family. They are very inclusive and always offer lots of well being events!

My little boy started at the Early Years Ibstock in May 2025 and it was the best decision putting him with this nursery. All the staff are really good with him and we appreciate you all! We have noticed a lot of improvement with his social skills, physical skills and intellectual skills and a lot of that is down to support from the EYA.

My child has been attending nursery since a baby in the baby room. We have loved every minute at nursery. There is never an issue to do anything extra for the children, from art projects to community engagement. The rooms are beautifully laid out for the children to interact with each other and have individual time to explore and build confidence. Transitions between rooms is thoughtful and prioritises the wellbeing and comfort of the child. We highly recommend the nursery and have had nothing but positive experiences with staff and attendance at Early Years Academy Ibstock.

A wonderful nursery that truly cares for the children by following their ideas and interests. The staff are hardworking, dedicated and approachable and you feel a sense of community and belonging. My daughter loves the nursery and she has really strong bonds with staff that know her personality and support her independence.

My son only started in July but has settled so well thanks to the staff. His development has come along + staff involve us as much as possible which is great! The fact he foes straight to them in the morning tells me just how much he enjoys his time at nursery.

My daughter has been in pre school since February, the staff are very careing towards my daughter she has come on soo much with the right key worker and all other staff, they are great at assessing her needs and calming her when she doesn't want to leave mummy. the new pre school room is amazing a great asset especially the baking as well as forest school, arts crafts, roll play,

My daughter and son started this amazing team last year September. The whole team has been amazing and not just with my children but with myself.

They have shown how much they care through transition from baby to toddler room and preschool. My daughter absolutely love going to The Early Years Academy. I must say my mind is put at rest knowing my children are in such a loving and caring hands.

I always find the staff really friendly and helpful, my visits have always been an pleasant experience and my grandson always looks happy in the surroundings.

My daughter joined in January 2025 and loves going. We have been made to feel welcome by all staff and nothing is ever too much trouble. My daughter is thriving at the nursery and enjoys all the different activities available. We have also been throughly supported through the potty training stage where we was given great advice and tips.

My son has had no problems settling here which was suprising to us. The staff are fantastic, they give updates and let me know what he has been doing. They have so many activities for the children to do. My son loves forest school. He even asked to go in on a Saturday. The manager is very accommodating, you can sit in the family room to be there when your child is settling. And a bonus, hot drink when you drop the child off if you would like one to take with you. We only wish we had put our son in sooner.
