Plus there's loads of extras that they think of - trips out for the kids, parent involvement in extra curricular activities, special little activity bags to take away etc. Love it

We feel very safe and confident leaving our child at this nursery. The staff are caring, attentive, and genuinely look after the children's wellbeing.

Communication between the nursery and parents is excellent. Updates are clear and timely, which gives us great peace of mind. The nursery has also been very supportive and flexible when we needed to swap days due to urgent family matters, which we really appreciate.

Our child is always happy to attend and clearly enjoys the wide range of fun and engaging activities provided. It's lovely to see them learning and having fun at the same time.

The buildings are clean, modern, and well maintained, creating a bright and welcoming environment for children. Overall, we are very happy with our experience and would highly recommend this nursery to other parents.

Genuinely couldn't be more grateful for the staff at this nursery, especially the nursery manager who always goes above and beyond to ensure my son is happy and comfortable whilst there. She also is extremely flexible and accommodating to us as parents. My son has suspected autism and the level of dedication and support from the nursery to help him through his challenging moments has been amazing, you can tell the staff genuinely care about the children. They have also helped us in getting a referral to a specialist which has been great. They have lots of out of nursery activities to get everyone involved and together and the facilities are great with indoor and outdoor play and a sensory room.

I would happily recommend the nursery to everyone.

My daughter started at this nursery in December 2024. My main priority when choosing a nursery was my daughter's care, happiness and relationship with the staff. I wanted a nursery where I felt confident leaving my daughter. I needed to feel that when I left her she would be looked after. I'm so happy with all of the staff. They are all knowledgeable, well qualified and always enthusiastic. They are also attentive in respect of nappy changes, napping times and general baby signs.The nursery rooms are large, bright. The baby sensory room is superb. The meals are nutritious, well balanced and very much enjoyed by my daughter. The drop off times and pick up are great if you are working early shifts. The learning stories updated to the parents app are informative and show how my daughter is developing through play and activities. She is yet to go on a trip out but I'm sure she will enjoy it when they do. All in all myself and my partner are extremely happy.

The team at Kids Planet - Stanley Square are nothing short of absolutely amazing. My son has come along massively since starting in September, he loves coming to nursery. He's starting to talk a lot more and learning to communicate his likes and dislikes really well. They have been really helpful, patient, and understanding with my son's needs and helped him explore things out of his comfort zone at his own pace. He has bonded really well with the staff and they all go above and beyond for him. I feel so relaxed as a mother leaving him in the care of the staff here knowing how well he'll be looked after throughout the day. I couldn't recommend this nursery enough to people, it really is the best.

My daughter has been at the nursery since March 2024. We looked at quite a few nurseries and were so pleased when we came for a viewing. The setup is great: purpose-built, each room has its own outdoor space, food made on-site and a gorgeous sensory room. There were some hiccups initially due to unavoidable staffing changes. However, now, our baby room lead is so on the ball and really knows and cares about my child. Her keyworker and other room staff are so attached to her and vice versa. The manager is friendly and approachable and is always around to speak to. She knows all of the children, which makes you feel like she has taken a real interest in the nursery and the kids. Even though this is baby no3, I found it challenging and heart-wrenching to leave her. But I genuinely feel that I couldn't have left her in a more loving and nurturing environment. The nursery is still increasing in numbers, so it hasn't fulfilled its capacity or potential, but I have no doubt that it will!

The staff are friendly. The nursery is a new-purpose-built building so has a modern, clean and spacious feel to it. Management is experienced and helpful. Outdoor space is very engaging and the kids go out on regular trips to the local high street and play centre as well.

I'm incredibly happy with the nursery my 20-month-old daughter has been attending since July. The cleanliness is outstanding, and the in-house chef provides warm, nutritious meals daily, ensuring her dietary needs are met. The staff are attentive, with regular nappy changes and diligent care, making sure she's comfortable. I especially appreciate the nursery app, which provides real-time updates on her day, from meals to learning activities, helping me feel connected. The staff create a nurturing environment, fostering her development through fun, educational activities. Overall, I'm thrilled with the nursery's care, communication, and support.

I hope any parent who is looking for a nursery for their child will feel reassured by my words. Picking a nursery; a place where I am happy to leave my child whilst I am working is very hard. My main priority is; whether is it safe and is my son happy, and I am happy to say I am very reassured and this is due to every staff member. I chose this particular nursery because I love the resources and the learning opportunities it has. There were some teething issues at the start of the year like all new organisations, but the manager and staff are honestly great. The office door is always open, and any questions or worries are quickly resolved. The staff really do put the time and effort in with every individual child and make it a personal experience. The nursery reaches out to the local community, which is lovely, and they are always creating a positive and happy environment for all. My son is happy in the nursery, and this is due to the staff and the activities that are planned daily. Thank you all.

We have had a lovely experience so far since my daughter joined Kids Planet Stanley Square in July. All of the staff are lovely and it is obvious they're passionate about childcare and ensuring my daughter feels comfortable and cared for at nursery. My daughter has taken part in lots of fun activities, including a trip to the shops and has settled in really well. 5 stars for KP Stanley Square!

My son has been attending Kids Planet Stanley Square since January 2024. He is settled, happy, safe and well looked after. Staff have got to know him really well and he has strong bonds with them. We are always warmly welcomed into the room and can see the children playing well, engaged in planned activities or being supported at mealtimes depending on what time we drop off/pick up. I have nipped over to check on him in the middle of the day and been able to see exactly the same: despite being an unexpected visit, the manager was happy to let me straight in to see him. They are often outside in the nursery garden and go out on local trips regularly too. We are kept informed of what he has eaten, how he has slept, nappy changes and photos during the day through the app. The manager is friendly, approachable and involved in what's happening in the rooms. We are really happy with the quality of care for our son and have no worries about him during the day while he's at nursery.

Absolutely amazing staff and so welcoming. My son struggled to leave me and Kids Planet Stanley Square went above and beyond to help settle him in with love and care. The nursery itself is prompt when responding to any queries or emails. I would highly recommend it.

Kids Planet Stanley Square has been so wonderful since our daughter has joined. Our little one has settled in really well and is always so happy when we collect her. The facilities are outstanding and the staff are all so lovely. We are glad our child is at this nursery.

The staff are so friendly and attentive. Their needs are always met and I feel like the children are really in a safe environment.

Our little one is currently in the toddlers room. It has been an extremely pleasing experience so far and Kid's Planet Stanley Square has been our best experience seeing that we have been with several nurseries and childminders. The staff are super amazing! A perfect team who are excellent with ours and the other kids, such that ours have become so comfortable with them and looks forward to going back every single day. Activities for the kids are tailored and varied which is also delightful. The nursery management is also top-notch; very responsive and are extremely supportive and helpful. The whole set-up is simply perfect and I would recommend 100 times over!
