Leafield House Nursery

Wonderful staff and facilities here. All the staff genuinely care about the children they are looking after. Meaning you know you are leaving your precious ones in good hands. So glad I moved my little one here, after a difficult start at a different nursery.

The nursery is a gorgeous setting inside and out, it's all very well looked after and safe/secure. They have so many different activities for the children and the staff are extremely caring and settle the children in really well! You can tell they all genuinely care and want to be there. Everyone is super friendly and you always feel like your child is in amazing hands with everyone there! Hands down the best place around to send our son who is really thriving there!

We couldn't be happier with our experience at Leafield House. The attention to detail in everything they do is outstanding, and we love how varied and enriching the activities are for the children. As parents, we feel very involved and receive regular, thorough updates, which really puts our minds at ease. The environment is always warm and welcoming, and the staff are so friendly and attentive. It's clear they genuinely care about the children, not only the key worker but everyone we interact with are totally committed to making Leafield great for the children. The food is amazing, both in quality and variety and the different areas the children have to play and learn in are fantastic. We love the themed days and seeing the dedication to making everything exciting and informative. They made such a special effort on our daughter's birthday too, so amazing. We highly recommend this nursery to any parents looking for a place where their little ones will thrive!

The staff are brilliant. They are welcoming, attentive and so supportive of both the children and the parents. The facilities are lovely and kept to a very high standard. My son has been there for nearly a year and is thriving in such a wonderful environment and in the company of amazing staff.

I cannot praise the team at Leafield highly enough. They go above and beyond in being flexible and accommodating wherever possible. I am sure this incredible level of customer service is a unique quality within this industry.

Leafield House Nursery is an amazing nursery, the staff cater to all needs for the children and my niece absolutely loves them. She learns new things every day and loves trying the new foods she is given. Overall, the best nursery in the area. Well done to the team for creating a home-from-home environment.

Leafield House Nursery is an exceptional nursery. I'm very happy with the care my grandchild receives. I cannot thank the staff enough for the care my grandchild receives. The facilities are outstanding and also the menus are amazing and offer a selection of foods.

The most important thing to us is that our son is happy. When I ask him at the end of each day if he had a fabulous day, he always emphatically answers yes!

The nursery teachers are extremely caring and loving towards the children which for me is the most important part of the nursery. They have some excellent formal processes for example every child has a key worker and they give progress reviews on your child's development. As one of the only nurseries opening at 7.30 am in the area, this was a big advantage over competing nurseries (although 7.00 am start would be better but no nurseries offer this in the area). In terms of improvement areas, I think the nursery has a good system for logging activities, however, sometimes some activities can be missed off the app. I would like to see more variety in the menu, the main meals are usually good but the snacks are often less healthy or heavy on bread. I think they are also missing a last meal as my child often comes home hungry (arrival 11.30, 15.30) they need another one slightly after this or a bigger meal at 15.30. We would like to see the menu sent out in advance and more variety. We are overall very happy with our child's experience here and will be staying here all the way through. Well done Leafield team for being so lovely.

As a multi-parent family, communication is key. And this was always a worry when looking for childcare. As a family of two mums and two dads, communication is so important to us as a family to ensure the correct messages are getting passed on. The staff have been great, along with the app they use to communicate.

The nursery is absolutely wonderful, the staff are excellent, and nothing is too much trouble. My little boy absolutely loves going to nursery. The facilities are fabulous. I honestly can’t recommend this nursery enough.

I have two children who attend Leafield House Nursery. I have been impressed by how much they have progressed in such little time, although it is bittersweet having them grow so quickly. They both really enjoy it and are comfortable with the staff, who are all lovely and friendly. They are all so quick to celebrate my child’s milestones and show their excitement to encourage, especially my daughter, in things like toilet training. The space itself is very clean and offers a wide variety of activities that support imaginative play, i.e. the play barn and forrest school. I am happy with the care they receive here and the relationships they have built in the process.

I have been extremely impressed with the service at Leafield House Nursery. The staff are amazing, they go above and beyond to care for my child and make him feel comfortable. I was very impressed with how they looked after him in his first few weeks to help him settle into a new setting. I have also been very impressed with the facilities, activities and food available.

Elegant setting, excellent facilities both indoor and outdoor, wonderfully helpful and friendly staff that have gone above and beyond to accommodate our son. I really can’t fault Leafield House Nursery and feel so relaxed and happy that my child is getting the best care. A cut above every other nursery that we viewed.

An amazing nursery inside and out. The staff are exceptional. Everything about this nursery is thought out very well. Meets every child's needs, and it's the best nursery I've ever sent my children to. Food is all home cooked nothing frozen. I highly recommend this nursery to anyone who wants the best for their child. Cannot fault it in the slightest.

I highly recommend Leafield House Nursery!

I have two children at Leafield House and have put my third on the waiting list to start next year. Last year, my son attended another local nursery and would get extremely upset every time he had to go. After giving it a chance for almost a year and seeing that the tears weren’t stopping, we thought we’d try Leafield House. We are happy to say that we are over the moon with the nursery and that it was the best decision we made. I only wish the nursery had opened sooner. My children love the staff, there are no tears and my son, who was the fussiest eater, is now eating things I never thought possible. Unlike the other nursery, we are regularly sent photos and messages of what the children are up to. The communication is excellent. The staff provide a very nurturing but also educational environment and are always happy to help with any concerns or questions. The care they receive, which is reflected in the children’s happiness to go, is well worth the money. A really happy mum!

The nursery has provided reasonable adjustments to accommodate our needs and we are very pleased so far.

We have had our first review of how she is doing and it is great to see the developmental progress she has made in such a short amount of time.
