Since attending the nursery, the staff have always been very pleasant, polite and welcoming. The children all appear settled and engaged in learning activities. I hear the staff applying good manners and teaching the children to take turns and share. My nephew is excited to go into nursery and talks lots afterwards about the fun things he has done. Staff are very prompt in contacting me if any new upcoming events are taking place, or if any issues or concerns may arise. Peace of mind knowing he is looked after in a caring, appropriate way.

Haven't got a single bad thing to say about this nursery, my kids always go into nursery so exited and come out very happy, the staff always go above and beyond our experience has been absolutely fantastic

Management are approachable and beyond helpful. My son has been struggling with a milk allergy and they have been extremely supportive and even offer great substitutes for meal times. They also offer a Rhyme Time session and Little Athletes, which my son loves! I would highly recommend Albert Bear

The staff were gentle and patient and with a little perseverance my daughter began to really thrive.
