My child had a very bad experience at previous nursery so theses have taken the time and took it very slow to what she was happy with and managed to get her settled round of applause thank you so much would highly recommended

We're so happy we found this nursery for our son, we truly feel as though they have helped our son thrive in numerous ways.
The staff really care about the children and go out of their way to push each child to the best of their abilities. They offer a variety of activities daily to make sure the children
have fun but which also have learning aspects.
During our sons time at Hedgehogs they have worked closely with him and us as parents to really help with his eating and we are so grateful for this. They update us often with his progress which is important to us.
Our son loves going to Hedgehogs and always enters and leaves with a big smile on his face which we love to see. The staff make sure they keep parents informed of what the children have been up to each day and provide us with lots of photos.
We can't wait to see what the rest of our sons time at Hedgehogs will bring.
Thank you to all the staff for everything you do and for making such a big impact on our little boys life!

We have been with hedgehogs for the last 2years.the staff are fantastic and are really approachable. They have really helped our children come on leaps and bounds.
Hedgehogs is very clean and tidy with a wonderful variety of outdoor toys and activities

Helpful and friendly staff and my little girls loves going to nursery.
Nothing ever to much! Always get told what's happened on the day by app and feel very comfortable sharing my concerns.
I have nothing negative to say.

I have worked in early years education for over 16 years, and I have been a part of Hedgehogs for the past 11 years. I have been the deputy manager since the end of 2021. I am also the Designated safeguarding lead and hold a level 3 qualification.
I am committed to providing a safe, stimulating environment where all children can thrive. I regularly undertake training to ensure my knowledge and practice remain current, particularly in relation to safeguarding, child development and best practice within early years.


I am passionate about supporting children to learn, grow and flourish through meaningful play experiences. I enjoy planning engaging activities, especially tuff tray provocations that encourage curiosity, exploration, and hands-on learning.
I take pride in building strong positive relationships with children, families and colleagues, and I am also dedicated to ensuring every child feels valued, supported and confident to explore the world around them.
