Flower Pots Day Nursery (Chaulden)

We absolutely loved Chaulden Flower Pots Nursery! The staff are so caring, attentive and genuinely know all the children so well. It's lovely that it's a smaller nursery where everyone feels so personal and welcoming. Our daughter loves coming to nursery and has developed so well since attending. We couldn't be happier with the care and support she receives. Highly recommend.

Our daughter has been with Flower Pots for over three and a half years, initially at the Boxmoor branch before moving to Chaulden when it first opened.

As a new setting, there were naturally some staff changes and a few things that took time to settle. We had a couple of concerns early on, but these were always discussed openly and resolved.

Over time, we have seen the nursery develop considerably. Most importantly, our daughter has built wonderful relationships with the staff, genuinely loves them and has been very happy there.

As she now prepares to leave, we are very grateful to everyone who has been part of her journey. She has grown, learned and made lovely memories, and we know she will really miss the team.

We recently moved home and area, so everything was very new for my son - and I was genuinely worried about how he'd settle in. I needn't have been. He has settled so well, and the staff have been fantastic throughout. He's enjoying the food, having so much fun, and clearly has everything he needs at his disposal.

I can't thank the whole team enough for making him feel so welcome. It's made this transition so much easier for our family.

We are very pleased with how the nursery supports our son. We have seen major social progress in him since he has joined. We feel he is looked after well and his learning expands across multiple areas (colours, shapes, maths, general vocabulary, creative). The staff provides feedback every day and highlight any issues promptly.

I cannot recommend Flowerpots more highly. The team are caring and considerate of our daughter's needs and development as well as being very professional and organised. Our daughter settled in very quickly and skips into nursery every day and passionately talks about all the staff members and other children. I love hearing about what she gets up to at nursery and the staff updates makes this very easy to track.

We are very impressed with the nursery so far, our little boy settled in very quickly at 9 months old and is happy going in! The staff are very friendly, helpful and hard working. They are very good at communicating to parents and regularly update our sons profile with pictures and comments linked to early learning goals. We would highly recommend this nursery!

My child has come on in leaps and bounds attending the nursery so lovely to see.

As new parents we were nervous about our child starting nursery... going into the unknown. But the staff have been wonderful in settling in our little girl and in such a short space of time she is developing amazingly well!

The handovers and observations are very detailed and definitely puts your mind at ease.

We are extremely happy and would highly recommend to anyone.

All round excellent nursery.

Flower Pots has very friendly staff. They keep us informed effectively through the app. Our son loves the staff and looks forward to nursery every day. The garden is well stocked with things to play on and in. There is a place to leave the pram which is really useful when, like me, you have to walk some distance for the drop off. I have nothing bad to say about them.

We absolutely love this nursery. My two year old settled really quickly. She's very happy to go in and when she leaves she tells me it was "so fun". The team are all really friendly and caring. The app is updated regularly so I know what she's eaten, naps etc, as well as photos of what she's been doing. Overall a great nursery.

Our baby started here just over half a year ago, it has helped her development so much, in the sense that she is learned to share more , engages in independent play more than when she started etc.Overall really happy with the staff, they are all wonderful and excellent at communication and giving updates through famly very proptly, thank you!!

We are so pleased with Flower Pots Chaulden. The staff are wonderful and our son looks forward to bounding into nursery every day. Not only have the staff been incredible in supporting our son's development, but we always feel informed and engaged in all aspects of his experience. We are forever grateful for this nursery.

My little one has had a bit of a cold and feeling off colour but the staff have always gone above and beyond the call of duty in caring for him. I have been so happy with my sons increase in speech and vocabulary.
