Hourly Rates for Non-Funded Hours
Children under 3 years: £9.00 per hour
Children aged 3 and over (from the term after their 3rd birthday): £7.50 per hour
Additional Charges
Breakfast Club (from 8:00 am, breakfast included): £9.00 per session
Outdoor Learning Session (Wednesdays 11:30 am–3:00 pm): Not funded – standard fees apply
Voluntary Consumables Charge
Non-funded children: Included in hourly rate
Funded children under 3: £2.50 per session
Funded children aged 3 & 4: £2.50 per session
Snack Charge
Non-funded children: Included in hourly rate
Funded children: 75p per morning session
If a snack isn’t provided, we will offer one and issue an invoice. Children won’t go hungry.

Digital Learning Package
Non-funded children: Included in hourly rate
Funded children: £2.00 per week
Families opting out will still receive verbal updates at pick-up/drop-off. More detailed feedback can be arranged by appointment.

How to Pay
Invoices will be issued during the last week of each half term, detailing the charges for the coming half term. These are payable in advance, and all payments are due by the first week of the coming half term.

You may pay by online bank transfer and our bank account details are included on your invoice. Alternatively, you can pay by cheque or childcare vouchers.

Funding
If you’re eligible for 9-month-old funding, please speak to us. You’ll be asked to complete and sign the necessary paperwork.

Please note: Government funding covers education only. Charges for snacks, digital learning, and consumables help us maintain high-quality provision. These are voluntary, but if you choose not to opt in, you may be asked to provide alternatives as outlined above.
