Overall Experience1.0 out of 5
Only sent my children here for a few months. They were sent home with a book that was meant to contain info on what they had eaten that day etc. That came home a few times with nothing in it. Never had any pictures of what they had been doing that day. Often I would ask what the kids had eaten and I’d
get “I’m not sure”. My youngest was handed over multiple times with a dirty nappy. I also had a member of staff trying to give me “medical advice” which they should not have suggested. I would collect the children and they would be covered in mud. Not messy play- they were filthy as if they were not being supervised properly. Never saw the manager, she was there on our first day looking around and then disappeared even when we said we were leaving. Staff outnumbered and prices are different from the website. No communication at all. Children were handed over to grandparents without a password. Accidents were not logged. Only one member of staff there that I felt made an effort and cared.
