Busy Little Bees Nursery - Handsworth Wood

You can really feel the love and care they have for him from the way he has bonded with the staff and how they speak about him. I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone!

Overall lovely nursery.

This nursery is absolutely amazing! In terms of caring for my little girl, the love they share for her, her excitement seeing her teachers and little friends, the detailed feedback from the teachers, the activities she gets up to, the learning, the nutritional meals she has, the daily diaries too. Honestly, they go above and beyond to make her happy and make me a happier parent. I feel comfortable to leave my little girl here and she's the happiest she has been. My daughter is always learning new things and excited to express herself to me every day! I highly recommend this nursery x

The only thing I wish they offered is excursions outside of the nursery, as we had at our previous nursery which was always a hit with both parents and children. Other than that, I've been extremely happy with the service and would wholeheartedly recommend them.

Such a loving and caring environment, the staff have been nothing but short of fantastic. Very impressed with the continuous updates on the app which provided me with reassurance as well as being content.

So far, we are pleased with our experience.

At first I was not happy with the way updates were recorded on the app of how my child was in the day. In the 4 hours of her session, there would only be one picture of her with no description of what learning is taking place. I did inform her key worker and when I did I was pleased with the fact that she quickly acted on the feedback so now I get detailed updates on every activity that is taking place so, as a mother, I am reassured that there is learning taking place for my child who is quite advanced for her age.

My son started at Busy Little Bees Handsworth in April, I have never used private nursery services before, and I had a bit of apprehension, however settling went well, staff were supportive and giving me reassurance. I had a look around prior to choosing the location. This is a really nice, clean, bright and spacious environment. I want my son to be more autonomous and I think staff will support him.

My son started here at the end of August 2023. He came from a nursery where we had a bad experience, but here he was shown nothing but love and patience whilst he transitioned into his new surroundings. My son has fit in so well and built strong bonds with all the staff. He now goes to the staff happily and forgets to say bye to me and his dad. Love this nursery!

My son has managed to settle in well considering he had a bad experience with a childminder prior to joining Busy Little Bees Nursery Handsworth Wood. The staff have been awesome in making sure he is comfortable in his new surroundings in and his development/speech has improved very much. Overall we are happy with the nursery and there is a huge relief knowing that our son is happy and being well looked after.

The nursery overall is amazing, my little girl is so happy here. She constantly talks about the nursery and the staff, she is very happy here. The food, the care, the cleanliness of the nursery are top standard.

I was really happy with the facilities and different areas this nursery offers. The staff are kind and friendly and always have time if you ever need to discuss anything. This was my child's first nursery; he settled in very well and felt comfortable with the setting and staff. I am very pleased with their overall service.

Super friendly staff and always approachable. Great setting, is clean and variety of activities for children to explore. Good communication with parents through app and daily handovers. Daily photos of the child in nursery which is lovely to see and reassuring. Grab and go breakfast for parents which is such a nice touch. Would highly recommend it.

The nursery staff are amazing and friendly. My daughter is very happy with the way the staff work and enjoys all the activities they do with her. The staff keep you updated with what the children have done. They also have an app where you can see what the child has been doing while at the nursery and they also help on other areas at the parent's request which makes it more helpful.

My son has been attending nursery since January and we have come a long way since then. Absolutely fantastic staff not only is he fully potty trained and off nappies but he also enjoys snacks and dinners and believe me he wouldn’t even eat anything. That is all thanks to the support and encouragement of the nursery. My son absolutely loves nursery. He is happy and settled. His speech has improved. He can count and recognise numbers and some letters now. I want to say thank you to all nursery staff members for doing such an amazing job.

My daughter seems to have settled really and seems very happy at the nursery at the moment. Kids are offered healthy snacks and the nursery has an amazing outdoor play space. Thank you to the team for all your help.

This is my daughter's first time at nursery and so far both my and my daughter's experience has been smooth sailing. I was instantly put at ease with leaving my daughter at this nursery. The staff and the premises are both great my daughter loves it here.
