Yvonne joined as Senior Childcare Practitioner in April 2007, after spending the previous twenty years as a childminder working from her home. Yvonne progressed to Deputy Manager, followed by Childcare Manager and ultimately Centre Manager in 2012. Yvonne is passionate about childcare and has spent many hours furthering her knowledge and understanding by studying for a variety of qualifications completing her Early Years Professional Status in 2011.
Having lived in Tysoe for the majority of her life, Yvonne takes a very active role in the village and the local community, volunteering her time on various committees and worthy causes. Yvonne loves family life and in her spare time loves to practice her handicraft skills knitting and sewing.
Gill started in 2008 and took on the role of designated safeguarding lead in 2012 as she has a keen interest in child protection and all aspects of safeguarding.
Gill has enjoyed a career in childcare for more than 40 years, working in America and Africa where she took on different roles and ways of life, as well as working in Great Britain.
She has 3 children and 1 granddaughter who attends the local primary school.
In her spare time, Gill volunteers with dancing and cheerleading activities with her granddaughter and enjoys reading, art, theatre, and travel.
Sarah joined the team in 2016 undertaking her studies as she worked completing her level 3 in childcare in less than a year. A passion for developing and furthering her skills in childcare Sarah took a 5-month break to work with younger children and returned at the start of 2018 and moved into the Sparks room.
Having worked as a waitress in her teenage years Sarah has strong communication and interaction skills helping to develop supportive relationships with our families. One of her big passions is photography and brings this to her role capturing some beautiful moments of the children playing and learning through play.
Kirsty has over 20 years of Admin, Recruitment, HR, and bookkeeping experience. She worked for 8 years at Pearson Education where she was a Recruitment/Client Relationship Director running a team helping young people (16- 24 years) through apprenticeships and finding them sustainable employment. Since having her son she decided to leave the corporate world to examine new ventures.
