Playspaces Nursery Brechin

Megan is the Area Manager across Brechin and Montrose. She joined childcare in 2011 through an in-house apprenticeship and has never looked back. Megan holds a childcare qualification, a PDA in Childhood Practice, and a BA degree in Childhood Practice. She really enjoys getting to know the children and their families and being part of the nursery's development. Outside of work, you'll usually find her spending time with friends and family, walking her dog Luna, or parked up at a beach in her campervan.

Rebecca started at Playspaces in 2021 and says the journey just keeps getting better! She believes watching little ones transform from tiny explorers to confident adventurers is magic. She is currently pursuing her BA degree because the brilliant minds at Playspaces deserve nothing but the best! Rebecca says there is something incredibly special about being part of a child's growth story - from their first wobbly steps to their boldest achievements. Every giggle, every 'aha!' moment, and every proud smile makes is the most rewarding adventure ever! Playspaces isn't just a place, it's a big family, and it's where countless beautiful stories begin, and she is grateful to be part of each one!

Nicola loves being an early years practitioner because she gets to support children at such an important stage in their early development. She gets to see their personalities truly begin to shine as they build friendships, develop independence, and grow in confidence. Creating a warm, stimulating environment where children feel safe, curious, and excited to learn makes every day meaningful and fulfilling.

Throughout high school, Summer always knew she wanted to become an EYP to help children reach their full potential. She loves watching the children grow and helping the children develop every aspect of their learning and development. Summer also loves seeing children explore different learning opportunities and enjoy time while being at nursery.

Suzie loves being an Early Years Practitioner at Playspaces. She most enjoys being able to help support the children to reach their milestones and help them to develop new skills.

Rhian loves being an early years practitioner because helping all the little ones learn and grow fills her heart. She loves working at Playspaces because it feels like one big family working with the children, staff and building strong relationships with the families.

Chloe likes helping the children develop and grow their confidence within the nursery. She loves being an early years practitioner so she is able to use her skills and knowledge to help the children reach their milestones and have their 'wow' moments.

Kallie loves being an early years practitioner because she loves supporting the little ones to reach their milestones. As well as supporting and caring for the families of the nursery. She likes working in Playspaces nursery as she feels that they work as a team to support and care for the children and their families.

Chloe started her journey in childcare through an apprenticeship and gained her qualification within 8 months. She has been a full-time early years practitioner for a while now, working with children for two years and loving every moment! Chloe likes to form bonds with families, help the little ones and grow!

Eilidh has recently completed her apprenticeship and really enjoys helping children reach their milestones. She is looking forward to beginning her early years practitioner journey in Playspaces and building relationships with both the children and their families.

Sharmini is the Nursery Cook.

Luna is the nursery dog! Luna loves spending time with all the children, going on adventures with Megan in the Campervan and getting belly rubs. She enjoys making everyone smile and is always ready to give cuddles. Luna is a furry friend to everyone at the nursery!
