Montessori Moments

We have had an excellent experience with Montessori Moments. At the nursery, we know that our son receives personalised attention from staff who know him well and monitor him to ensure he is doing well at the nursery. We have appreciated the regular communication from the nursery about his progress as well as about happenings at the nursery, along with the prompt responses we receive from staff whenever we have any questions or comments. We like that the nursery is in a place where the children have access to beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces and access to a variety of activities, along with healthy food.

Both of our children have now attended Montessori Moments and made wonderful memories with the team. From yoga to soft play, to trips to the local reptile shop, buying the ingredients and baking vegan cakes, and climbing trees in the grounds of Charlton House, there are adventures every day.

Fantastic environment for your child to grow and develop, surrounded by expert Montessori practitioners and just a lovely family like team.

We moved from one nursery due to not being impressed, into another (very well known) nursery chain which was pretty terrible. Then on viewing Montessori Moments we got a good feeling straight away. The children seemed happy, the layout allowed big and little children to be separated in an open space but also allowed for free flow mingling, thus building good social development into their time there. The manager explained the concept of Montessori (search it), which I found interesting. They have good outside activity space and the surrounding park and library to use. We decided to give them a shot and in no time we were satisfied that it was the right choice. From the start we were greeted by first name (a noteworthy effort by staff), we are given regular updates and kept involved. Management are easy to talk to and the staff are friendly, giving a relaxed family feel to the place. Our child loves it there and comes home talking about the activities he has been doing (yoga, cooking etc).

Knowing your child is in a safe, caring and safeguarding places definitely gives reassurance and that's how we feel with Montessori Moments. They have made settling in for my child very easy and always look into any concerns we may had. My daughter has been with the nursery for 5 months and we plan to keep her on. Amazing staff and management who have made our child feel at home.

I couldn't recommend Montessori moments enough. Our daughter had been there for 2 years and had made fantastic friends and shown great development. The facilities are excellent along with all the staff and the communication. Our daughter is moving to school in September age we will miss all of the staff and some of her friends. If you are looking for an excellent nursery in the Charlton, Blackheath age Woolwich area, this is it.

This lovely nursery has been incredible with me and my young daughter who was 2 when she started. Not only are the team impeccably turned out but their knowledge with early years education is outstanding. We love the array of activities available including outdoors, in the stunning Chalton House grounds. The staff are so kind, supportive and compassionate and I'm so grateful for their nurturing approach with myself and my daughter. She's now a confident little girl who has really come a long way since starting. Thank you so much I really appreciate all that you have done for us.

I can't speak highly enough about Montessori Moments. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. Our son had previously struggled in other nursery settings, however, moving him here he settled in so quickly and has been so happy there. The staff are great at keeping us up-to-date through the app and in person providing updates throughout the day. The facilities and outside space are great and they often take the children outside the main nursery to Charlton Park, whose grounds it's located in which really gives the children a variety of activities. I know our son is happy and safe whilst here and would highly recommend it.
