Kids Planet Chorley

My son has attended this nursery for nearly 2 years and he loves it. Theres always different activities ongoing and he loves playing in the outside area. They go for lovely walks in the community and the staff are all so lovely!

My little boy joined this nursery in January he very happy and content since joining I think the staff are so welcoming and polite I will definitely will be letting my little girl join in September anyone thinking of joining I would definitely give it ago x

Our daughter is almost 4 and has been at this nursery since she was 10 months old. Overall our experience of this nursery has been great, the staff are generally friendly and welcoming, and seem to has a good bond with my daughter as she has grown older. As a parent I always feel welcome when going into nursery. We haven't had any issues with our daughters care while at nursery. Only given 4 stars due to some issues throughout with bills being incorrect however this is not a reflection of the nursery and the manager has been helpful when I've had issues with bills/needed to swap a day etc. We would recommend this nursery to other parents.

My daughter joined Kids Planet Chorley in September of this year and since attending her speech has come on amazingly. She's able to now express herself and her emotions so beautifully. The staff at Kids Planet Chorley are nothing but lovely, they take their time with attending to the children and their needs and even as a parent if I needed support they're the first people in line ready to support you and your family. I also cannot begin to express how grateful I am for Courtney (Toddler Room) She's been nothing but supportive with my daughter especially when she struggled with drop off's. So if you ever wonder if Kids Planet Chorley is good enough for your little ones, believe me they are excellent!

My son started in the baby room in september as im a young mum and have college. the staff have been incredibly kind and understanding of this. mine and my sons house burned down in october and the ladies in the baby room bought my son new clothes in response. i couldn't recommend this nursery enough. amazing and friendly staff, my son settled straight in. regular updates on the app, photos are always lovely to see. absolutely amazing!!

Our daughter started in the Baby Room a few weeks ago and we have been very happy with how she has settled in. It is reassuring to go to work knowing that she is so happy.

The Nursery Manager is friendly and approachable- nothing is too much trouble. She has always made us feel welcome and comfortable.

The staff in the Babies Room have also been very friendly, helpful and approachable. They give regular updates on the nursery app throughout the day so that we know what our baby has eaten, her nappies etc. They also add photos, which are lovely to see when you're at work.

The Babies Room is a lovely environment, with lots of natural light. It opens out onto an outdoor area, which is lovely. The room is carefully set out with lots of fun areas and activities, which our daughter loves to explore!

We would be happy to recommend the nursery to others.

I don't have a bad word to say about Kids Planet Chorley. The staff are all amazing and are so caring towards my little boy, two in particular. My son loves going and his speech, communication and social skills have improved so much. Their facilities are amazing and he does something different every day. Thank you so much!

One thing I wish is that the app was updated more often as this is the only way I am able to see what my child is doing in the day without ringing and checking in.

She is enjoying playing in all the areas. She is enjoying all the food that is offered to her. They keep on top of her nappies and let us know, on the app, any updates. It's also lovely when they post photos of her playing.

Staff are in the process of making some improvements which is positive.

Our son has been going to Kids Planet Chorley for 14 months now and we have been infinitely impressed by the staff, the facilities, and the experience they are providing for our child. Cannot recommend this nursery enough.

My little boy loves it and all the staff are great with him. Great communication, always get updates. Every time my little boy sees nursery he is always so happy and can't wait to go and play with his friends.

I honestly can't recommend Kids Planet Chorley enough. My daughter has been at Kids Planet since she was 12 months old and has loved every moment. The staff goes above and beyond for the children and families. Nothing is too much trouble for staff in the classrooms or management. The care and support from staff go a long way and are always to a high standard. Thank you, Kids Planet Chorley.

As we close the year, my son has been in nursery three days a week. Since day one, he's been welcomed by the staff and his key person is brilliant. Every rotating member of staff knows his name even if they're not assigned to the room directly. He looks forward to the car ride and smiles broadly when he sees the building, knowing what's inside. The space is so big and filled with toys that it provides a safe area for him to develop and explore which I can't offer in my tiny home. My favourite thing about the place, besides the fact it is purpose-built and new and clean, is the fingerprint entrance, the strict "no tailgating" rule that all parents I've encountered respect and enforce, and the security cameras. Safety is #1, fun is a close second. The only downside I see is food is mostly carbs/starchy foods, I'd do more vegetables and fruit but it's by no means unhealthy- that's just my personal preference.

Our daughter started in September 2022 in babies room and since then I can see how far she has progressed and developed and that is all thanks to amazing ladies working at Kids Planet, Chorley. In babies room, one member of staff specifically was more than kind and now in tots room, the staff are just the same. They always share how her day has been, what went well and what did not, what she ate and what she has done. They are sharing pictures during the day which is great comfort for me as a parent to see what my little baby is up to. I have nothing just positive to share. We love Kids Planet Chorley. I was apprehensive to put such a small baby into a care setting, but they made it so easy, our daughter is happy there.

Both of my children love the nursery, I’m very happy with how they’ve come on since joining the nursery. The staff are also very friendly, my children love spending time with their relevant teachers.

I would highly recommend this nursery.

From before the start of my child going here there are no words to say how great they are. My child has been made to feel like they are the only child in there (even though they aren't). The staff have got to know them and what makes them tick.

Best of all the staff here have given me my cheeky, happy little child back after a bad experience which no money can ever buy.

5 stars is not enough for this nursery.

Fantastic nursery, the facilities are amazing, the staff are even more amazing, and my little girl has thrived since being at nursery here! She looks forward to it every week! I love the updates on the app too!

Absolutely give this nursery 100 stars if I could.
