As a first-time mum, I was naturally anxious about my child starting nursery, but the team has made the transition so much easier than I was expecting. Their communication has been excellent, especially through the Famly app, mI receive regular updates and photos, which has been so reassuring and comforting.

They've shown real flexibility and care, even offering to adjust timings to help my little one settle in ahead of September. It's clear they truly consider each child's individual needs. The photos they upload say it all as my child looks happy, engaged, and really enjoys his time there.

I've also been impressed with how organised everything has been so far. On top of that, they go out of their way to involve parents, inviting us to events like Father's Day and Sports Day, which helps us feel really connected to the nursery community.

I'm so grateful for the team's support and care we feel very lucky to have found them!

Staff are very friendly & understanding, always answering any & all questions face to face & through the app, giving feedback and updating the apps with my child's care e.g. time of nappy change, what my child ate, what time she was dropped off and picked up-easy for working mums & dads to keep track. The staff also share pictures & details of what to expect your child to be doing throughout the day. My daughter looks forward to going school & talks a lot about her teachers & how much she enjoys it. It's safe to say my child is in good hands.

We've had our child at Global Kids Aldgate East for almost three years now. We're extremely happy with the staff and management of this place. We've never had a complaint from our side. Our child loves it and has made very good friends there.

My son is now 3 and a half and has been attending the nursery since he was 7 months old, varying from one day per week to 4 days per week at different times. Our experience has been fantastic throughout. The facilities are always spotless and well kept and the activities provided are varied and enriching for the children, with many events throughout the year. The staff and management are all very communicative and friendly and my son has become very fond of many of the staff members. As parents we are kept well up to date via the app on the child's activities throughout the day, eating and sleeping habits, with lots of photos and updates. There are also regular parent evenings to discuss development in more depth. Staff always try to accommodate any requests for additional days at the nursery even if it is last minute. Overall we are very happy with the running of the nursery and how much our son enjoys attending.

My daughter who now attends the baby room, has flourished significantly since starting! She has settled so well thanks to all the wonderful staff for making her feel happy and safe and providing such an engaging environment. She honestly adores you both! A great big thank you for all your patience and hard work and all the little updates and cute pictures it doesn't go unnoticed!

My daughter started at Global Kids Aldgate East Nursery in June 2022. The staff has been amazing and have made me feel confident she has been well looked after throughout. We have loved all the daily activities - painting, singing, dressing up, role playing - all have been so much joy and my daughter has loved all of them. We got daily updates and photos through their app which has been just great. We just moved from the area and had to change nurseries but we will cherish our fond memories of all the lovely staff. The experience at Global Kids has made my daughter more confident and independent and has helped me too as a mum get settled in work life much more easily. I cannot recommend them enough!

The teachers are loving and caring and provide good structure and guidance for the children. I love the room size, it ensures excellent involvement between my son and the teachers. I am very confident when leaving my child in the hand of all the staff here in Global Kids Aldgate East.

Global Kids is excellent and does an amazing job. I am sure my son will start a wonderful beginning from here and this is his first step in school, the first school of learning outdoor. I appreciate your frantic efforts.

My child is very happy going to the nursery and has settled in really well since starting. I’ve noticed that she is less shy and has made friends and is more confident. The staff are very friendly and caring and they offer excellent services to both the kids and parents. Receiving updates on daily activities and my child’s well-being is very helpful.

I am super pleased with the result of my child's social and communication skills by attending Global Kids Aldgate East. I was hesitant at first with putting him into a nursery setting. However, meeting with the staff and being reassured of the positive outcomes of attending Global Kids has now made me really happy for putting my child into their care. My child's language has grown vastly since starting at the nursery and I believe has made a lot of progress. The setting is clean and every morning educational activities are set up in different areas of the nursery for children to get engaged with.
