Explorers Elm Park

Communication with parents is great and we always feel kept up to date with how our son is doing. We are very happy with Explorers and would highly recommend it to any parent looking for a caring, nurturing and professional nursery. A big thank you to the whole team for everything you do!

Our son has been attending this nursery (in Station Parade) since Jan 2026 and the staff have been nothing short of fantastic, caring and accommodating for us. A big thank you to Rachel (manager), Sophie, Elaine and the rest of the team for all their hard work and commitment to providing the best care for all the children. I could list everyone's names but we would be here forever! I have made various requests over this year which I discussed with Rachel and Sophie, and they have always been patient, kind and attentive to our needs. I would definitely recommend this nursery and the lovely team. Thank you Explorers team, we are beyond grateful for all the support you give to our son!

The staff are attentive, caring and professional, always understanding and quick to help with anything we need. Our son loves playing with his friends, has become far more sociable, and has learnt so much in a short space of time. We'd recommend them wholeheartedly.

I'm so so glad we made the decision to send our boys here. A truly wonderful nursery and would recommend it to anyone. It's also a tardis so don't be put off thinking it's small from the outside!

My child is very happy at Explorers. The staff are very friendly and attentive. They provide a varied of activities and a good variety of meals throughout the day. All updates are available on the app which is very useful. I have no complaints at all. Explorers is a very well run nursery.

As a first-time parent returning to work after maternity leave, I was naturally full of anxiety and uncertainty about sending my one-year-old to nursery. However, the team here made the entire transition so much less daunting. From day one, the staff have been amazingly positive, friendly, and always happy to answer any questions. What stood out to me most was how proactively they worked with us on my son's bespoke dietary requirements. They were extremely forthcoming with thoughtful ideas and solutions to ensure his needs were fully understood and carefully met, which gave me immense peace of mind. The quality of care is exceptional, every single member of staff consistently goes above and beyond. The daily activities are wonderful, with a fantastic balance of indoor and outdoor play, and it's a joy to see the little day trips and adventures they get to go on! My son has come such a long way in his development since starting, all thanks to the nurturing environment and dedicated staff

Our son started in November 25 and since then he has excelled in his speech and imagination! Even family members have noticed how much he has improved with his learning. He absolutely loves going to nursery he goes in with a big smile on his face and comes out even happier the staff are absolutely fantastic always there for us when we need them. We can't believe how much our son has developed. We couldn't have picked a better place for our son to grow and develop.

It's been amazing to see how much they have developed during their time here. Their independence, communication, and curiosity have all flourished, and we know that's thanks to the encouragement and dedication of the incredible team. Thank you for all the love, support, and hard work you put into helping our little one thrive. We couldn't have asked for a better start to their learning journey.

Attending Explorers Elm Park Station Parade has been so good for my son. His confidence has improved, he is more social and always coming out excited and happy. He had never been to a nursery setting before but he settled in really well here because of the lovely, friendly, and supportive staff. Thank you so much to his teachers Sophie, Rachel, Adam, Bhavanna, Emily (sorry, can't remember everyone's names). I hope you know what a positive difference you all make in our lives. A special thank you to Sophie, his key person, who has gone above and beyond to help us with activities we can do at home to develop his speech and language and the useful reports she has written for him. Another special thank you to Rachel, a brilliant nursery manager, who genuinely cares about the children and has always put my mind at ease. I definitely recommend this nursery for anyone looking for a calm, friendly, fun and safe setting where their child can develop and thrive.

Amazing nursery. Extremely attentive and have been really good at keeping parents in the loop. I find them very professional and workers fantastic at their job. Love that they keep us updated on concerns and everything else. Also love their app.

Choosing a nursery was one of the biggest decisions I had to make as a parent, and I'm so grateful we chose Explorers Elm Park. From day one, every member of staff has been kind, caring and incredibly supportive. My daughter is always happy to go in, and I leave her each morning with complete peace of mind. The communication is excellent - whenever I have a question, someone is always happy to help. I absolutely love the daily photo updates and seeing all the fun, creative activities the children enjoy. She comes home with beautiful artwork, new skills and a big smile every day. I also really appreciate the indoor shoe policy and the exceptional cleanliness throughout the nursery. The preschool is actually amazing. My daughter loved it there and being high risk pregnancy during that time the school were so thoughtful and understood and helped as much as they could when my daughter couldn't go in. They even took time out to drop off some activities for Eliza to do being at home. Honestly highly recommend.

This is the best nursery. My son has been with them since he was 10 months old and he'll be starting school in September. All the staff truely care about my child and offer the support that is needed for both parents and child. The SENDCO is amazing and she goes above and beyond to bring out the absolute best in my child. Highly recommended. Cannot thank you enough!

Management is great. Get things sorted very fast, most of the time when calling in, Rachel just gets things done even whilst still on the phone. Exactly what you need in a manager.

We've been absolutely delighted with Explorers Nursery Elm Park. From the moment we walked in, it felt like a warm and friendly environment, and that feeling has only grown stronger over time. The staff are clearly well trained, attentive, and reliable, we always feel confident leaving our son in their care, knowing he's in safe hands. Safety is clearly a top priority too, everything feels well thought out, from how the rooms are set up to how the staff manage the children throughout the day.

My children really enjoy going to the nursery and come home doing new things and the teachers are all lovely and very easy to speak to. The kids come home clean and always discuss new foods they have tried and how much fun they have had

Incredible nursery with amazing, caring staff. We've sent 2 children here all the way through to primary school and never had any issues. Our children had an amazing time and learned to be independent during their time here. Highly recommended.
