There had been relatively few concerns during the earlier period my child attended the nursery, but my experience changed significantly during the most recent year.
I found senior management did not always respond well to concerns or constructive feedback. On several occasions, I felt intimidated and uncomfortable when raising concerns, which made me reluctant to speak openly. There are matters I still do not feel comfortable discussing publicly, which reflects how difficult I found the experience. I also had concerns regarding governance during my child's time there. It was disappointing to see what had initially been a positive experience deteriorate over time.

I acknowledge that there are caring and dedicated staff who clearly do their best for the children. However I experienced concerns being dismissed and, on occasions, comments or interactions that caused me concern about attitudes towards individual children. Overall my experience became increasingly difficult and disappointing
